A new convert to New Balance

These are the greatest! I’ve been having some foot pain and am a big sneaker head, I just cannot have enough sneakers. But, I had to be honest with myself in needing some more support especially since I was having pretty severs plantar fasciitis. I was worried about wearing “Dad” sneakers in buying a pair of New Balance. However, let me just say, not only are these absolutely comfortable, they’re incredibly stylish and work with almost anything because they’re a neutral color. The unique sole is actually very cool I was a bit worried they were going to look like moon shoes (not that I know what moon shoes look like) - the point is these are SO GREAT that I’m going to buy the new yellow color they come for a POP of color!

Complaint About the Quality of My Recent Purchase

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a pair of shoes I recently purchased from your store. Unfortunately, the shoe has completely torn on the inside at the heel area. Given the high price of the product, I am extremely disappointed with this issue.I expected better quality from such an expensive item, and this experience has left me questioning the brand’s standards. Due to this issue, I do not intend to purchase from your brand again, as I believe the quality has fallen short of expectations.I would appreciate it if you could address this matter and let me know how you can resolve it.

Upon arrival, my parents became skeptical with the overall appearance of the 9060. I claimed that it was the comfiest shoe that I ever bought in order to sway their opinion. Despite this, their criticism left me feeling uncertain about the public’s response to my shoes. The next day, I went to school and immediately received five compliments on the shoes design as I walked to my first class. Nevertheless, people still disliked the obvious height advantage the shoes gave me, but they still agreed that the overall make of the shoe was unique compared to most other “trendy” shoes. With great comfort and looks, I could not ask for anything better from a pair of shoes. Thank you New Balance.

Confusing reviews

Negatives- outsole might look cool to some but not the most functional / clunky not chunky it’s a hard rubber that clunks . Too high aggressive drop makes for a true to size fit put more pressure on toes / in reality the shoe is overrated. Unless you like average to low average comfort not lasting shoe for everyday use . With not the best functionality for walking with an aggressive drop . One QC needs to get on the program and earn there $s there a lot to be desired with sizing of shoes between colors of same shoes and sizing between all shoes . A shoe no matter what color are what shoe should be very close to same sizes when any shoe is made . Very frustrating and reviews should be more helpful not confusing the consumer thinking about if a shoe is worth the purchase . Non helpful reviews is no way helpful making a point to make people experience better all the way around for everyone . Pricing is only getting higher and shoes are not lasting as long and comfort for most can be improved for the new average 100$ to 300$ shoe that is absolutely crazy not everyone is privileged. So reviews needs to be helpful . Not confusing and explaining your experience with your feet and that they love a certain heel to toe drop . Stack height. Comfort as in for concrete feet that you have our problem feet you have . Confusing frustrating waste of time if it’s not helpful review .

Great shoe, covert green is actually gray
16 February 2023

First off, I also have wanted to get a pair of the 9060s for some time but they always sell out in the small sizes within a few days. I managed to snag a 5.5 size and thought maybe it was a mistake to buy half a size smaller than usual. But reviewers for other 9060 models have claimed it runs a half size big. I agree, at least in regards to length. I have a wide foot so the right shoe in particular is a bit tight right now but I believe it will loosen up in time. If you want extra width, I suppose getting your true size could work but it runs long. Looks great, perhaps my favorite NB shoe from that perspective. Surprisingly feels good underfoot as well. I think they are more comfortable out of the box than the 2002R. I think they are more comfortable out of the box than the 2002R. One thing to note, the description of the colorway, covert green, is completely inaccurate. At least for the pair of shoes I received. That part of the midsole, at the heels, is dark gray. Unmistakably dark gray. Not sure what happened there but I don't mind. So fair warning if that is the one aspect of the colorway that you find most appealing. NB's inventory and/or queue system for these new/limited release models is frustrating to say the least. But this time I got lucky I suppose. If you need one of the small sizes, you have to be quick about it.

Love!
8 July 2024

Ordered these on a whim bc I kept seeing girls wearing them to gym etc. I normally don’t go for a chunky sneaker AT ALL but I love these. At first I was getting grandpa/dad ish vibes from them but 100% got over it. Got so many compliments as soon as I started wearing them. Super comfy, true to size. I wear an 8.5 women’s in Nike sneakers. I ordered the same for these new balances and they fit perfect. I will say, it is pretty hard to make the laces tighter, so they tend to fit as more of a relaxed sneaker (At least on me). Very neutral color way, but still elevates an outfit bc it’s definitely different than your normal shoe. I wear these to the gym often and they’re super comfy. I walk on the treadmill and stairmaster with them, and they’re great. NB 9060s FTW!
25 February 2024

These shoes are everything! I'd seen them around for a while and I loved them, but didn't really realize it until recently when I saw them repeatedly in a photoshoot of a fitness trainer I follow and then a bunch of other influencers casually wearing them. I then started seeing them literally everywhere! ...As they were just, lucky for me, coming back in stock. So I had to get me one pair! First ever NB sneakers for me. Sizing is actually TTS, I was so undecided and nervous about picking my size. I'm usually a 7 and just normal width and I stuck with a W 7 (M 5.5). PERFECTION! Cannot wait to wear these all over on our trip to Japan! This is a high quality pair of sneakers. The detail is mindblowing, so luxe!

Nobody can top these
8 July 2024

I bought these shoes because I saw another person wearing them and they looked fierce. I am so glad I did. The sneakers make me walk better and I have gained more balance as a result of the 360 design. I also feel like my shoes look cooler than most others shoes I see out. You’ll love the design and the comfort.Side note: I have been ordering my shoes true to size. I noticed, however, that my shoes were always a little too snug even though I was ordering the correct size. I decided to go. Half size up and it has been a game changer. If your shoes are too tight all the time, go one half size up. Your feet will thank you.

READ.THE.REVIEWS…. Do not trust the 5 star
14 February 2024

READ THE REVIEWS! Do not be fooled by the rigged 5 stars. Yes these shoes are trendy! yes they are so comfortable! And yes they are cute! But they are not cute when they are falling apart after two months with light wear. I’m not talking wearing to the gym or rough terrain, I’m talking low key outings few hours max, 2-3 days a week… if there is a real 5 star review it’s within the first month or less of purchase. Pretty sad when shoes from Walmart last longer. The customer service is terrible. $160 on shoes that don’t last two months yikes. Unfortunately I won’t be purchasing new balance anymore.

Stylish AND Comfy
27 February 2024

I ordered this shoe around Christmas time, hoping for a reliable pair of tennis shoes for the winter season and I got just that, along with fast shipping as well. The 9060’s run true to size and they are a shoe I can wear all day without noticing they’re on my feet.In some shoes, after wearing them for hours on end, I will notice my feet may start to become uncomfortable but with these, the cushioning is so soft that it feels like I don’t have any shoes on at all at times. With most high quality sneakers like these, the total will end up being close to $200 or in the high $100’s but the price ofthe New Balance 9060 “Rain Cloud Grey” colorway that I ordered was $150. It was hard for me to decide which colorway to getas New Balance developed so many options with this model. The only issue I’ve had with these is that with rain being common in theIllinois forecast, I have gotten stuck in light rain showers and the material on the toe box is suede which does not go well with waterbut other than that, I was extremely pleased with my order and I applaud New Balance for creating a greatly designed/detailed shoeand bringing back that classic look.
