They were right. I took out the standard sole insert and replaced it with a New Balance performance cushioned insert. Even with the improved insert they fit perfectly and are extremely comfortable and I like the wider base. I have only had them for a short period but love how they feel and fit.? They are also lighter weight than I would have expected.

I am relatively new to the NB shoe. Historically I have preferred another brand. After trying three different NB styles, I have been consistently impressed with the quality. The 9060 is the third style I've tried from NB, and it has taken the lead in my top three favorite sneakers. The quality and comfort are superior, and to round it all off, the style is on point. Fit is TTS. I typically wear an 8.5 in other major brands. The 8.5 might be a sliver larger than other brands, but not enough to make me size down. They go with a variety of outfits and I always get compliments from complete strangers when wearing these. I wish there were other colorways available in my size bc I would snatch them up.

I can stand and walk in these all day without feeling fatigue or foot pain. My closet is filled with tons of hype shoes such as Yeezys and Jordan’s but I don’t even wear them anymore since switching to New Balance. New Balance makes a superior product than anyone else. Do not pass on New Balance over hype and branding. These are much better, affordable and you can find them on store shelves.

This was my first 9060. I was initially hesitant about them because of the chunky sole but I'm glad I made the leap. They are extremely comfortable (just as comfortable as my 2002r's and 990v3 if not more so). I'm a size 10 with slightly narrow feet and found TTS (size 10) to be perfect. After having them on feet I found I really liked the silhouette so I recently picked up my 2nd pair of 9060's (rain cloud) which I'm sure won't be my last.
Really good looking shoe that is both stylish and versatile. However I've had them for about 1-2 months (wear them just a couple times a week) and the back of the shoe where it meets the sole is already separating and breaking apart. The back of the shoe looks so worn out in very little time. Have had new balances before and have not faced this much of a an issue. Not very impressed considering how little I wear them.
These are probably the most beautiful shoes in my closet. Flawless design and quality. I was expecting WAY more from the "abzorb" sole. Lacks support over a full day of standing. The shape of the futuristic sole will get you into some awkward positions and not in a good way. The heel sticks out and gets snagged in unlikely spots. Same with the side of the sole. Overall shape and look is flawless. Comfortable but noy after a long day (6'4 220lb)
The shoes fit very comfortable and are good for wide feet! I usually have to go up a half size because of my wide feet but these fit perfect and look amazing. I've gotten compliments everywhere I've gone with both my black pair and grey pair! I want to get the mowalola pair but the exclusive ones that have purple and yellow but I seen they were only released in London I think. This is a shoe I can see buying different color ways and doubles of the greys forsure and my favorite new balance would be the 990v3 grey the 992 nimbus cloud but these 9060s are competing with them forsure
I've owned and wore plenty shoes in my lifetime & to simply put this: this shoe IS the most comfortable, all around shoe I've ever owned. & to put the Cherry on top ...the design of the shoe itself is breathtaking. beautiful design. Please new balance.. continue with the 9060s. More color ways! Love them.
Beautiful Sneaker! I've been obsessed with the chunky dad sneaker vibe this year and the Rain Cloud 9060's do not disappoint! The colorway is perfect! I'm really into the neutral aesthetic and these were a must cop! Loving the cool grey tones and the color blocking/placement! My only complaint would be the purchase process of waiting in a Que and not knowing or being sure that I am guaranteed access to purchase. My package did arrive beat up & not in the condition of my liking, causing slight damage to my shoebox. I would also recommend not having the label of the brand on the actual shipping package. In demand/sold out sneakers have a wild way of disappearing during transit. Over all I love my sneaker's and can not wait to style an outfit around them!

I wanted a pair of 9060s but they were sold out and I wasn't going to pay resell. So I waited until these dropped and I bought them the day they came out. I was a little iffy on the colorway but it grew on me and it looks better in person. The shoe itself is very comfortable and stylish. There are hints of 3M and they basically go well with anything brown/black/cream/silver. Incredibly comfortable too. Hopefully there's going to be an all grey colorway released soon as well. Every iconic silhouette like 990v3 has its standard grey version.
