The quality is superb. As usual. The colors is me, muted on the outside, bold on the inside. The comfort is untouchable. Thank you New Balance and Bodega.
Bodega 990 V3 is very different from my other 900 V5's which are all about the same.It is a stiffer and more supportive shoe which runs more true to size 9=9, than my others which run slightly larger 9 = 9.25. The soles have a completely different tread pattern coupled with the gum rubber to achieve better grip, at least on smooth floors.Overall, I like this rendition of the 990 V3 better than the current 990 V5 model. I don't know how an older 990 V3 would have felt.I'd like to see New Balance make the future 990 V6 more like this shoe, incorporating the light stiff carbon fiber support and the gum soles and different tread pattern.
This shoe does it all. Comfort, cushioning, motion control, and style. Great spectrum of individualizations from Under the radar all black to wild color combinations like neon green or the new Bodega.
Was very lucky to get a low number in the air for these. 11/10 on quality, comfort, and materials. Best NB of 2021.
Already worn my pair a bunch. Very comfy & the colorway is top notch. Earth tones go with everything.
The 990 V5 is a great all around shoe with great cushioning, motion control, and style. I have them in the limited edition Camo color and all leather Grey as well as under the radar all black. The new limited Bodega looks like a great addition for those days when you want to make a statement. Love it with my all black surgical scrubs; puts a little fun in my day.
It's a very perfect collab. There are strange differences that are inserted, but they are perfect and can be dressed up perfectly.
