Pretty much wear this shoe anytime I'm out. Goes with all casual outfits from shorts, to sweatpants, and to jeans. Great color and construction. The quality is there. Super comfortable on feet for all day wear. Went to Disneyland and my feet felt great! Nothing really negative to say.

I have a couple pairs of NBs but this is my first 990v3. The hype is legitimate. Very comfortable, look good, and great quality. I recommend to size down by 0.5.

Love the 990 BUT unfortunately the quality is not great for a shoe at this price. The edges are roughly cut and the stitching is loose in a small area on both shoes. Disappointed and can't even return.
I've been wanting a pair of new balance sneakers but I felt not a lot of styles that came out were my steez. When I saw these we're coming out, I knew this was the pair that was gonna start it off. In person, the color scheme and the mix of materials is flawless. Thanks Teddy and NB team!
The yellow paint on the heel started cracking/peeling immediately just from trying these on around the house. I didn't even wear them outside. I don't expect this from a shoe of this price point and purported quality. I was hoping it would be a shoe that would age well.Iv'e seen pics on reddit of the same thing happening on the 990v5s.It's one thing if the paint starts cracking/peeling after the shoe has aged under heavy use. But this is happening immediately on some shoes. There are certain models that I will avoid completely until they address this.
