The shoe is amazing got my mom & I a pair. I'm glad to see NB going up around other places & not just the DMV, but the release of future NB's have to be better..
Finally was able to beat the bots and got me a pair! I was really surprised that my size was available for purchase after going through 2 verifications! Overall I'm happy with my purchase and please keep the bots outta the purchasing process!
Long time NB customer that buys for the quality and has never had an issue until today. Was sooo excited to get these in hand and thought I got lucky buying both size 15 & 16 so see which fit best. When I took them out of the box and tried them on I noticed punch holes on both sides of the bottom of the tongue! BOTH sizes had two holes on both sides of the tongue! How could this happen to both shoes?! What is going on here? I could maybe understand one, but BOTH?! Is anyone else seeing these major flaws in their pairs?I called customer service to see if there is any way to get another pair but they said are all sold out and that i should return for a refund!!! However, returning them means I won't have these special editions in my collection. Zero chance actual people interested in buying a pair get them. All bots and resellers. Bravo once again on a terrible release process.
