My son has chubby wide feet, so these are great for him! The second we received them in the mail he instantly wanted me to put them on him. I love that they’re lightweight & adjustable to your kids feet.

If I look at the picture of sneakers it seems like the platform of shoes is very high but in reality it is not high. It looks much lower in reality.

Great sturdy sneakers with firm sides and heel for ankle and foot support, helps to prevent pronating as my son has low tone. Also, really like the large hook and loop velcro strap, stays in place and fastened much better than the standard thin Velcro strap.
2 year old seems to like the comfort of these shoes. I bought them bc he is flat footed and this shoe looks like it gives him support and stability.
Overall the shoe looks great. A little disappointed in the finishing quality of the shoes because I essentially received B grade shoes at full price. There was obvious stitch marks across the 990 logo that should not have been there. Customer service was nice but the only option I had was to purchase another shoe and return the one I received, which would’ve taken a couple of week for the return processing plus waiting for the additional item to be shipped. It’s my first experience with order New Balances online.
Perfect for my 2 year old. The strap stays secure. Wipes away clean. Provides comfort, since we opted for "W" . Perfect for little one thats always on the go.
My 3 year old absolutely loves these shoes. Her podiatrist highly recommends new balance due to the support they offer for children. It’s also a bonus that these have velcro straps so she’s able to put them on herself.
My Chiropractor recommended these for my two year old to help correct her turning her feet inward when she walks. They have worked so well helping her to walk better!
