I would love to give more stars but I couldn't even get to wear the sneakers as I received one sneaker in size 8 and the other one in size 9. There was an used sock for some reason in the box. On my way to return the sneakers twisted really bad my ankle and as result I can't keep active. Not making any order frim Myer any time soon.

I do wish I went up 1/2 a size, I'm a 10 in almost every shoe I wear, including other styles of NB, but would probably order a 10.5 in these next time. Not big enough of a deal to return and will still wear them.

From the first time you wear these they're comfortable! The area around the ankles takes a bit of breaking in but other than that they're my new favorite shoes. They do run at least a half size small, i normally wear between a 6-8 and decided to go with an 8 because other reviews said they run small but i honestly should have gone with an 8 1/2. I also looked in two different states to find them in store to try on but wasn't able to find them anywhere.

I absolutely love these shoes! So cute and looks comfy. However, they run small. I ordered my usual size and the shoes are too small on my feet. I am going to go up a size.
After finding out my tennis shoes were not the proper size, I was expecting I could trade them with a new pair with a .5 size up but I had to buy another pair; which turn out to be be the wrong size again as it was for male size rather than ladies.
Love the colors and look of this shoe but it makes a weird squeaking sound when walk on hard surface. This is the second New Balance that I e ordered that does that. That was a dealbreaker so had to unfortunately return.
