I really like the shoes they fit so perfectly. I am so excited to wear them.
I purchased this Item as a special gift for my father. Turns out the the shoes are slightly too big (half a size to large) for him... I contacted New Balance and was advised no exchange policy. Shoes can not be returned or refunded so we are stuck with a pair of shoes that can't be used. I've never heard of a policy where if the product is unworn and within a specified time frame that it cannot be exchanged for a different size. I feel like that makes for a horrible customer experience, and makes it easier to chose brands that have a better policy for its customer in these situations.
I use the product for long walks and casual wear when I want to look a little stylish. These shoes are too narrow in the toe, and a little stiff. Not enough heal cushioning to be"walkers". Leather work not as precise as my last models.

Great shoe, beautiful color way. Teddy yet again. Tough match for a summer fit but happy to wait till next fall.
I don't know why it took me this long to give other New Balances a try. You guys did your thing with 990v2. Better quality than other ,I'm almost embarrassed I waited this long. More NB's to come.
