Changed my 5 star review
5 January 2023Km

originally posted on workwearhub.com.au

I originally had a 5 star review until I noticed my boots soles after 2 months of usage. Bottom sole had completely separated from the boot in the arch. I am a builder and only used the boots to walk around onsite for 2-3 months. Really comfortable boots and I bought a second pair as a spare set incase they change the design. It is disappointing because the workwearhub representative said this in an email, and I quote " perhaps the boot is not right for the work that you are using them for" unquote. I mean seriously they are listed on there website under work boots, and they are A safety boot. Maybe they should stipulate what ground I should walk on and what I can use the boots for!!!!

Defective boots

I already own a pair of these and like them. They are a good boot if you can get one that's not defective. Both the left and right boot had a defect in the sole under the big toe location. It was like waking with a permanent stone in both boots. I did get a refund, but would have preferred replacements.

High heels on the boot

Have had the boots about 3 months now and they give me a sore ankle after a long day. They have a really high heel, it tips your whole foot forward and loads the back of the ankle. Very strange coming from a company who is so familiar with shoes and performance.

Large fitting
30 April 2024

I wish I could try boots on before buying. These are a little longer than I was anticipating. Am yet to see how they hold up on the worksite. They are light in weight and I guess you can’t have everything. Comfy enough, but if they loosen up too much through wear in, they will be too big. Next time I would buy 1/2 size smaller 8.5US.

Light weight but durable!
9 July 2024

Bought these a year ago and still going strong! Best part about the boots is that it’s really light weight compared to other steel cap boots I’ve worn, I’d definitely buy another pair once my current ones are busted

Sore ankle
5 December 2023

They have a really high heel, so high that it tips your foot forward and loads the back of your ankle. Only takes a few days before your ankle is sore. It's so weird coz NB shoes are so good.

Very comfy
8 May 2024

First of very stylish boots. Very comfortable hardly any break in time wide , lots of room 2E so the 4E would probably be very wide. Got lots of compliments. Just a little bit lighter than steel caps but not by much. They offer excellent protection, dropped a few pallets on them.

Terrible boots. No support through the arch or forefoot.Wide fit is good but jesus do my feet hurt.

Zipper designed by an engineer
23 January 2023

Boot is super comfortable to wear but very difficult to get on. The zipper is useless and laces need to be undone to fit boot which defeats the purpose of the zipper. Zipper was also defective and after buying online you need to send the boot back at own expense to get replacement.
