I think the edge of the tongue has changed slightly, and it's a bit stiffer, which isn't great if you have a high instep. Also, I am usually a size 6 but I go up half a size in New Balance trainers. The 6.5 is perhaps very slightly too big. Overall a great trainer, though, and I'm very pleased with it.

I purchased Blance core 574 trainers a few weeks ago and I am very pleased with the purchased. They look very smart and are very comfortable. Looks well is different outfits! I'm very happy with my purchased and would highly recommend if anyone looking to purchase stylish and comfortable trainers!
This is the first time I have bought these trainers on a recommendation from my friend’s daughter. I usually wear size 6.5 so that is what I ordered. They are a snug fit and maybe should have returned them for a size 7. However I have walked a fair way in them and they are extremely comfortable.
Very comfortable, travelling in Korea made it so much easier with this shoes! Doing 10-16k steps a day, climbing millions of stairs made it so much easier
The trainers are great but......I had to pay 4.99 postage on a 95 pound pair of trainers. Most retailers offer free postage and....to return them would have cost more postage.... Then to reorder a different size would have been 4.99 again. I was surprised to find that items can't be returned to store. Luckily the trainers fit first time but it would have cost 15 pounds to exchange for another size!!
