I absolutely LOVE these shoes already and I’ve had them only for a few days. First of all, if you are a wide foot girly (or boy) like me, these shoes are FOR YOU. I always have trouble with shoes being too narrow, looking at you Nike, but these are PERFECT for my feet! It has lots of space and my toes don’t get sore (if you know, you know). I have never owned New Balance before, always Adidas women’s size 9. I wasn’t sure what size so I went with a Women's 10 and they fit like a glove. So compared to Adidas, they run smaller. I still haven’t broken them completely in, but I haven’t had any trouble with blisters or pain at all. Super comfy shoes! Heavy and Uncomfortable. Such a great looking pair of shoes - definitely design over comfort. The rubber sole on these shoes is dense and rigid. Without flex the hot points are the inside of the arch, and the ball of the foot. After a day of wearing them you need a week before you'll try them on again and then after a couple hours, you remember why you needed a week to forget. On the bright side - got some mud on them and the material between the leather stained terribly. So - now I don't even feel bad for leaving them under the bed.

Had my eyes on these shoes for ages because they look stunning in the photo. However, I can't express how much they look like bowling shoes in person as the front is so so rounded. Also disappointed with the tongue of the shoe because what the picture doesn't show is that it is just a piece of sponge with a layer of fabric and the NB logo covering only the top of the tongue, not the sides. Looked really cheap because of this. 2 stars purely for the fact that the colour scheme on this shoe is really gorgeous and they seemed comfy for the short time I had them on.
I have returned and exchanged these shoes twice and they have sent me the wrong size both times. I ordered a 10W/8.5M and they have sent the 8.5W/7M shoe twice. This is the worst shipping, return, and exchange process that I have experienced. I'm disappointed in Urban, they should clearly fix this problem that has happened to clearly a lot of their customers. Do NOT buy these shoes from Urban!
I bought these in the sale as I thought why not for that price, an hour or two into wearing the trainers they felt incredibly small. Left side was really pushing on my toes the point I was limping.I stuck with it , left foot seems to have pushed through and stretched a little now it’s affecting my right foot.Please think about sizing up if that’s an option or taking to a cobblers for a professional job
Love this NB design, the only details putting me off were the blue etiquette and yellow foam on tongue. A nice alternative to the classic white sneakers. Heel slips off a bit. Size confusing on Asos when ordering, had to confirm twice with Customer service that I will get correct size. You select UK size but in basket it shows in EU but half size smaller.
A very good quality shoe. However, I found the product was very tight at the front and slippy at the back. The size is my usual size and I had already exchanged for a different size. It has taken me about 2 weeks to break them in. They are not the most comfortable for the price. However, if you are used to a platform shoe, you will like this style.
The size does not correspond at all to what they say on the website and on the tag of the sneakers. I ordered size 45 EUR, and when the sneakers arrived, I was amazed to see that my foot didn't even fit in the sneakers, since I have a size of 29CM on their tag, 29.1CM. I had to sell it to a friend who wears size 43 EUR. Honestly, it was not the most pleasant experience with New Balance. I do not recommend.The tags from the sneakers came broken, otherwise the box didn't come in the best shape, it wasn't even the original box.
ive purchased this shoe before directly from new balance and i love it. when i wanted to rebuy, i saw that urban was selling and had the size and teal color i knew i wanted and would fit. however, i got sent not only the wrong color but also wrong size. this is absurd because customers have been experiencing this issue since like dec 2023/jan 2024 and urban outfitters seem to have not fixed whatever issue internally. it’s a waste of customers’ time and money figuring out getting the right item.
