Fantastic value for money fast trainer or race day shoe. I'm on my 4th pair, and this v5 iteration is the best yet!It's probably the fastest wide fit 2e run shoe you can buy.Have run close to pb on 5k, and cruised to a pb over 100 mile race. Responsive energy return foam and a helpful plate to give a kick.Only downside is the cut-outs in the sole can and do catch stones. Wish they would just put more rubber there! But I have to put up with this as their trail versions don't come in wide sizes.

Disappointed with the shoe. Had a similar pair of NB and the shoe was extremely comfortable. The new show had a similar sole but it was changed. Loved the first pair but I think I will look at another brand of shoe. Nike has something similar so I will go that route.

Runs too small. I have purchased previous NB Fuel Cell Propel shoes in men's size 11 and they all fit fine. I wear a regular men's size 11 in Adidas, Asics and Brooks and a size 10.5 in Skechers Go Run Ride 11 and Skechers Max Road 6. So, I always wear 10.5 to 11 in running shoes. After receiving these shoes my two big toes were touching and rubbing the end of the shoes toe box. I would have needed to have ordered at least a size 11.5 or even a 12 in these shoes, which is crazy because I always wear in between size 10.5 to 11. Not sure what NB developed these shoes, making them a whole size smaller than their other NB shoes, but I was highly disappointed and returned these shoes. They did look good though.
Thank the Lord I got these on clearance for only $40. One run. I repeat, one run. 5k. Tore the sides out and the black river came off the bottom of the left shoe. Going back to under armour.
These shoes are super comfortable. I work in a setting where I am walking or standing for 10-12 hours per day. These completely take the pain away from my plantar fasciitis.
My 13 year old loves these New Balance. Very comfortable...he chooses to wear them every day over other shoes!
They changed the wides somehow, ive been getting wides from NB for 15 years, these aren’t the same
Center sole where the plastic meets the heel has developed a hole in both sneakers after less than 1 month
I was looking for a cheaper alternative to the Saucony Endorphin Speed, so I purchased the FuelCell Propel after seeing multiple comparisons between these two trainers online. Unfortunately, I am pretty disappointed with these NB shoes. Compared to the Endorphin Speed, these shoes feel heavy, clunky, and provide much less energy return.
