I was very surprised and disappointed when I received my sneakers s they had been worn and were dirty in numerous spot on both shoes. What makes things worse they were the last pair in my size. This is the only reason I gave such a low rating. I was super excited to wear them, and had to sent them back. And now a new color just dropped, so I want both!! Customer service did make the process pretty easy and painless. Gold start for that!

These are the best chunky dad shoes, if you’re in that era of your life, these are a must have. The green color is so cute and staple piece for your fit. Perfect spring shoes or just a green lover. They have easily became my favorite pair of New Balance.

I am honestly in love with these shoes. I was also surprised at how comfortable they are — I didn’t waste anytime in breaking them in and took a nice 2 mile run with it the first time I wore it. I felt extremely comfortable and the shoes truly match anything! Perfect for the summer especially!

I love them. They're very comfortable and i can walk for hours in them. I wear 7.5 size in womens, my feet are narrow and the shoes are a bit wide for me; i will size down next time i purchase again. If you have wide feet, it will be a perfect fit for you.
They are a perfect fit for a woman’s 5.5 foot. I always have too opt for the size 4. Happy to finally get a 3.5 in a dope colorway. Looks great with a pair of jeans and light top. And comfort is always 10/10
The most perfect walking shoes, they have support and comfort. It took no time to break in. Walked all over Europe in these and not sure how I would’ve made it without them. The color is so cute too!

The shoe is beautiful, but the package arrived with some red odd-looking bugs on them that was very concerning. I had to disinfect my whole couch to make sure they didn't spread and threw out the box immediately. I'm not sure if they came from the facility they were packaged at or along the way, but I would definitely look into this. I do apologize for getting the review in so late, as it would've been helpful for you to know about this as soon as possible.
Overall love the shoe. The light color way is what initially caught my attention. The shoe fits true to size and it's a bulkier shoe in design, but it still maintains that lightweight New Balance feel. I wear mine more for style than function and I've worn them with various types of athleisure.
The color of the shoes is exactly what I was looking for. This was my first New Balane purchase and I was very pleased. Incredibly comfortable and arrived in less than 4 days! 100% would recommend.
