So I bought these shoes and they felt great when I tried them on. However a week after wearing them for 8 hours a day my back, legs, knees and feet are killing me. I pulled the insoles out to find that there is absolutely no arch support in them whatsoever. Really disappointed considering I has confident this was a good brand. Now I’ll have to spend another $60 on new insoles and if that doesn’t work I’m up for another pair of shoes.

It has been comfortable walking on this pair of NBs.. good choice!
Unfortunately for me the comfort level is a fail. The toe room is narrow and rubs on my big toe making them unwearable. They are a beautifully built shoe it's unfortunate they don't fit me properly.
Comfortable shoes, great customer service
The fit is perfect.The quality is excellent. There was no wearing in needed. Extremely comfortable and what I like most is that they are made for female feet. I have had trouble in the past of getting female safety shoes. My podiatrist found these for me and I am extremely happy with them.
Nice fitting shoe, I have wider feet and they fit good. I’m on my feet all day so comfort is number 1

this style of new balance safety shoe is about a size and half smaller than new balance 627 safety shoes. would have preferred the one i returned as they have a composite toe cap
