I got my usual size and love that they are orthopedic. They are great to wear to work while still looking stylish.

I love the look of these shoes but the feel? Not so much. The toe box is tight. I go between a size 9 and a 9.5. I got a size 9. I would say size up, but in these my heel slips out when I walk (even with socks on). I think sizing up, the heel slipping would be worse.

I have been waiting for months for these to come back in stock and on Christmas Day they did so I ordered and was so excited for them to arrive today but they sent me the wrong size! Like the other review 2 sizes smaller and now my size is out of stock. Now I have to go through the return process and can’t find my size in stock anywhere else. SO sad because the shoe is so cute in person!

I ordered these in WHITE WITH VINTAGE GREEN! I received white on white so I returned them. These people DO NOT know what they are doing at all!!! They sent me the white and white again, oh and you receive the sneakers in a cheap plastic bag and both orders of sneakers were dirty and the box was completely crushed. Take your business elsewhere!
I have returned and exchanged these shoes twice and they have sent me the wrong size both times. I ordered a 10W/8.5M and they have sent the 8.5W/7M shoe twice. This is the worst shipping, return, and exchange process that I have experienced. I'm disappointed in Urban, they should clearly fix this problem that has happened to clearly a lot of their customers. Do NOT buy these shoes from Urban!
The shoes are super cute and some of my favorite new balances! The only thing is the shoe is pretty tight in the toe, so I recommend sizing up half a size! Also the laces are very different lengths. The left can barely be tied and the right is normal
I don’t know why I ordered these after the reviews told me that I’d receive the wrong item. And then I got the wrong color. Besides that, the sizing is weird. The bottom pinch your feet which is weird for me because I have pretty skinny feet already. These won’t fit my feet comfortably
ive purchased this shoe before directly from new balance and i love it. when i wanted to rebuy, i saw that urban was selling and had the size and teal color i knew i wanted and would fit. however, i got sent not only the wrong color but also wrong size. this is absurd because customers have been experiencing this issue since like dec 2023/jan 2024 and urban outfitters seem to have not fixed whatever issue internally. it’s a waste of customers’ time and money figuring out getting the right item.
They are soo cuteee, but they sent me the wrong color. I originally wanted the plain white ones, but they were all sold out. Instead I just got the white with turquoise in the back. However they sent me the plain white. Luckily it was still in the size that I order. They are a good basic
So frustrating! Returned them to order a size up because they were small and after my order being cancelled I finally got a pair. After about a month of this, turns out they sent me a 8.5 instead of a 10. After reading reviews, I’m obviously not the only one. They are so cute tho, dang!
