First true running shoe I’ve ever purchased. While trying it on against many many others in store it was the only one that felt natural to move around in. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase and use it daily for indoor running on a treadmill. Even after a full hour at moderately high speeds, my feet don’t feel fatigued or achy.Would definitely recommend.

I really like these runners but they seem to be quite wide in the toe box? I had to re-lace them as the tongue “bunched” up the first time I wore them. I guess I expected the same shoes as the previous pair of 880’s I bought in store but they are definitely different. I bought a pair in store after getting these and they are the same as my previous pair

This is the 5th pair of 880s I've purchased. Since I wear wide (2E), it's hard to find shoes that fit correctly. I've tried a few different brands that offer 2E size shoes, but I've found New Balance's 880 to be the perfect fit for me. These shoes have carried me from 30mpw up to 75mpw without issue. I'll keep buying them as long as New Balance keeps making them!

After great help from the sales person. I was between this and the Nike Pegasus for an overall cross trainer. Although the new balance had a bit more weight than I wanted for me this shoe was more of a perfect fit and overall support. I’ve run and walked in these for the last month and I love them.
I just got these sneakers a week ago @ the bedford store in ns. Everyone i see walking in the morning always say they look so nice the color is both for women with wider feet they are not just a man sneaker they feel like i am walking on air instead of walking on my feet . That is great because i have arthritis in both feet really bad and i love walking each morning they said i should buy a a pair every six months sorry i just can't afford that. The cost was 209.00 tax in. Told people about the running room sneakers alot of people didn't know about you.
I've run through 7 pairs of the prior version of these shoes (880v12) and hated that NB fundamentally changed the cushioning. But, after finally breaking down and giving them a try, I love them. Great for easy runs and even casual wear. They aren't for up-tempo running, but that's kind of the point. Well done, New Balance.
Lacks support in the structure of the shoe. Seems wide for being a B width shoe. Purchased my normal size of 7.5 B width. Mesh is already fraying/ showing signs of wear after only a couple times of wearing them. I've purchased less exprnsive models/styles of new balance shoes that have been better quality compared to these shoe.
Not bad but a bit disappointed. Not enough cushioning in the forefoot for longer distances. Also minimal padding around the ankle, felt uncomfortable. Grip is fantastic in dry and wet.
I prefer my V10s over these 12s, they seem heavier though they might not be. Also, I’m getting a bit of rub on my ankle with these. And last…what’s with the horrible colour selection???My V10s were the best shoes I’ve ever owned…these are just ok.
I have extra wide feet and pronated ankles. Now that I am old, I also have arthritis, bone spurs, hammer toes, plantar fasciitis, and most painful of all, bunions. I use medical orthotics (shoe inserts). I chose New Balance because they reportedly have wider sizes. It took a lot of online searching to find this size, but I ordered four NB models in mens' 7.5 4E. I kept this 880 model and returned the other three because the 880 felt sturdier than the 860. Even with the stretchy uppers, it has taken several weeks to break them in to accommodate my bunions. This is a good shoe for my bad feet. It is the best one I have found so far.
