Extremely disappointed. I LOVE the way these shoes look. On my first day of wearing it they began to crease slightly (as expected), but my right show creased in a way that every time I stepped foot it felt like I was being stabbed by my own shoe. It became unbearable to walk and it ruined my day. I got these as a birthday present that I can't even enjoy anymore.

I love the colors and comfort. However, as i wore it today, the crease point where my toe resides get jammed every step i take.its so weird because i have no issue on my right foot. it was so bad i basically limped my way around.this is really unfortunate, i really like the color and comfort, but this is painful.

Sizing: first impression was "oops! They're to narrow, I should go half size up". But actually when I walk in them few minutes I changed my mind. Length wise they're perfect. And actually my foot lift out which is a bit annoying, so definitely it was a good decision go true to size. Half size down will be to tight. Shoes looks really nice, and this combo with green is a pure Perfection

I got these two weeks ago as I've wanted them since they came out and finally got them in my size on asos. They are lovely in person and were comfortable overall. Only thing is they are a little sore at the big toe joint due to the thicker leather just before the big toe which causes some creasing. Hoping it will ease off. Just different to the 530s which I can wear all day right away but that is as the 550s are full leather.
I bought these shoes two weeks ago and I have no complaints. Delivery was earlier than expected as courier had different delivery time to ASOS. The shoes are extremely comfy however they are quite a narrow fit so if you have wider feet maybe go for half a size larger than you think. Great shoe at a great price.
I bought this a month ago and was so happy with my purchase. For £120 you expect good quality products… not even in a week of having these the tongue in my right shoe under the laces has come clean off. No tear sound when coming off either. I was putting on the shoe and as you do you adjust the tongue and it comes clean off. Very disappointing for the price. It is like the tongue was never attached properly.
These are nice looking shoes, the color way I was looking for. They definitely need to be broken in a bit and I suspect they will not be as comfortable as some of my other new balance but they are still good. My biggest complaint and what I want others to know is these are BB550 not the regular 550. The main difference I think is the toebox is/looks longer then the regular. I am keeping them because I can’t find the color way in the regular right now but it is something to know!
I was really excited for this shoe to arrive, I love the colorway. I suppose i should have looked into it.Every time I walk the crease point jams into the part where my big toe bends, and causes so much pain I pretty much limped my way today.It's so weird because this happens to my left foot but my right foot is fine. Its really comfortable compared to what I've worn, but I cant wear this.
I am a huge new balance pair and have owned many styles, however after purchasing this style and wearing it twice, the tongue came off the base of the shoe. Incredibly disappointed. Only reason I didn’t rate 1 star is because I love the style and all other new balance shoes, but this is very disappointing
I ordered 10 & 10.5 because I didn't know which one would fit best. Ended up keeping the 10s because they fit better. Took a few days to break them in, but now they are super comfortable. If you have wide feet I would go up half a size maybe so there's more room in the toe box. Love the look of these shoes!
