the shoe itself is very cute, my only problem is the fact that the first time i ordered a 9.5 as it didn’t specify mens/womens. Then when I got in a 6 and realized it must be a womens shoe I reordered it and got an 11.5 expecting to get a 9.5. Imagine my surprise when I actually get in a mens 8 and no where on the tag is an 11.5 size (what i ordered)…. so i will be returning AGAIN and checking another website to buy the same shoe.

I bought this in September as a Christmas gift. They obviously weren't opened until close to Christmas. However, they were the wrong size, and now I can't return them because it is past the return date.

I wear only 2 times :( probably the shoes arrived like that.. the other one is ok, look at the otherr on the simbol N. I paid over 200e with delivery to Macedonia for the ripped off immediately? What is the way to complaint and return the shoes?
I ordered a women’s size 9 thinking that’s the size I would get because everyone is ordering them thinking it’s men sizing, well I got them in a women’s size 7! The customer service chat wasn’t helpful and couldn’t answer my question when I asked them what size I should order. So I ordered 2 more sizes hopefully one of them is correct. If not I will just give up!
The only thing I didn’t like was that it arrived with such a crumbed up torn shoe box inside an ASOS plastic bag. There wasn’t much to protect the shoe, but other than that, these shoes are so comfy and great color way. I’ve been wanting these shoes and glad I got em.
I’m obsessed with my new balance sneakers. Absolutely love them! They are so cute and insanely comfortable. I never had a pair of shoes that are so on trend yet still so comfortable! And received so many compliments on them!
I was so excited to get a new pair of 550s and loved the colors. The shoes are comfortable and look amazing, but I was very frustrated to pull the shoes from the box to wear of the first time to realize the stitching holding the outer suede layer to the material underneath is unraveled, therefore allowing the corners to separate on both shoes. The stitching continues to unravel if worn. I am very disappointed and have always experienced great quality from new balance.
I love these shoes so much and got compliments on them the first time I wore them! Overall they’re really comfortable, but I wish I would’ve sized up one size. They originally felt fine when trying on, so I didn’t in fear of them being too clunky. But now after wearing them a few times I wish I did. They’re not too small to wear, just would’ve been a little more comfy if I did. I usually wear a 7.5 and should’ve gotten an 8.
I cannot say how well the shoes fit because they sent me two right shoes, both clearly worn, stretched out and in a smashed up box. ON hold for over 30 minutes to fix the problem and got hung up on. Had to go to the store and pay more to have them resend another pair.
