I like the color, but they are slim sneakers; my 992s have a width I thought these had. I have yet to wear them, and I'm still trying to find the right fit. The front of the sneaker is pretty slim, and it really throws off everything. That's my fault for purchasing sneakers I've never worn online.

I use my shoes for fitness walking and my wife and I walk very quickly at least 3 times a day, averaging around 7 miles. I've worn NB 990s before, but since the price went up, and this particular shoe was on sale, I decided to try it. I have plantar fasciitis and routinely take out the useless insoles and replace them with Physix Gear insoles. This works better on some shoes than others. It works particularly well in the 608s, which have a shank, which provides good arch support. On these 2002s, they don't support quite as well, because there is no shank (I hate the Rollbar in some shoes, it hurts my feet), but the 2002s are more cushiony. I would put them just below the 990s in terms of comfort. These shoes were the clear winner for me amid several other styles. They are super comfortable, lots of cushion and are very cute on. I’m wearing them on a long trip to Portugal with lots of walking, they perform well on the cobblestones.

Super cushiony and comfortable. Definitely a chunky dad type sneaker. I fluctuate between 8.5 and 9 and the 8.5 fits perfectly. Love the neutral colors.
Great buy. Comfortable. Makes me feel like im walking on clouds. I love this. Will buy more colors. Maybe pink
I’m so glad I got these. I wear 10.5-11 depending on the shoe and I got these in 10.5, they fit comfortably. Definitely true to size. The color is gorgeous. My only complaint is that the tongue is pretty thick but I mostly don’t notice it. I wear them for all my outdoor walking.
Straight from the box, to my feet, through two airports and then a three day conference in Vegas--perfect! I wore them with jeans, silk skirts, black pants, you name it. So happy with this purchase. I'd only worn NB as my running shoes but love and appreciate this style, out-of-the-box comfort and color that literally goes with everything.
The shoe is extremely trendy, and is versatile, making it easy to pair with all articles of clothing! I love styling the new balances with different items making me feel confident whilst being comfortable. I struggled to find the right shoe that worked for all activities, but I find myself wearing these with absolutely everything! They fit nicely, and the sizing isn’t too off either! It amplifies all looks too!
I had to get a new pair of shoes while on tour because my old boots were hurting my heel and knee. I went into a WeRun shoe store and had a "foot reading" on a platform suggested New Balance sneakers. I tried them on and never even took the box as they fit perfectly with my 8.5 USA size. It was raining constantly for five days and my feet were completely dry and warm. My feet nor knee bothered me again. I came home and ordered another pair of a different color.
