I bought this shoe specifically for a trade show because it happened to match the colors of t-shirt and hat that I had to wear. They are so cool looking with the vintage flair. I love this particular color combo with the black, cream, and blue. The only reason they aren’t a five star for me is that my feet needed a little more support and spring while standing and walking all day. These don’t really measure up in that area to some of their other models. I would still recommend these for casual use as they are exceptionally cool.

I received my sneakers today and I couldn't be more pleased! They are very comfortable and I'm loving the color combination in person. The neutral tones are perfect for any season in my opinion, but I am definitely looking forward to styling them this fall!My only piece of advice would be to size up half a size, as I did. Although I ultimately ordered these online thru Bloomies, I had the opportunity to try them on elsewhere in a different color - but they did not have my actual size in stock. So, when I tried on a 6 1/2, I realized that not even my normal size 7 would be a good fit in this sneaker - they were a tad too tight around the toe. I'm pleased I ordered a 7 1/2 and eliminated a return/exchange for a more comfortable fit. Hope this helps - they're great!

These are a throwback shoe for me. They remind me of shoes I had as a kid and I can’t believe they are popular again. They are a fun shoe for kicking around in, but not much else. This colour is fun if you want something different from the all white shoe trend.I found the sizing a but off. I am usually a 6.5. The 6.5 felt big and the 6 felt too snug.

These NB 574's are exactly what I was looking for. Classic everyday sneakers with a touch of retro. I wear an 8M in every shoe except tennis shoes, so ordered my usual 8 1/2M in tennis shoes and they were way too big. The 8M fit much better, but my toes are pretty close to the end of the shoe (width is spot on though) - Not uncomfortable though and don't mind since I won't be working out in them. Highly recommend!
I brought these in Magnet, but what I did not notice is that the tongue of the shoe does not look like it has been finished properly - you can see the foam at the edge. This does not appear to be the same when you look at the pictures of the other colours. It is as per the photo of the "Magnet" on the website, so the description is accurate - just do not know why it is poorer finish in the one colour. Worried it wont last.
I love the New Balance 574s! They have an impressive amount of support and ring true to the vintage, classic styles of NB sneakers. I took off one star because the shoe tongue is not fully covered with fabric, and although I didn’t notice it at first, it does show this in the photos. To me, it looks like bare furniture cushions and I’m just not a fan. Still a great shoe though and what’s good is other 574s have the tongue fully covered. :)
If you're wanting to liven up your footwear this winter then these are definitely for you! In the classic NB design, this season they come in some really great bold colour options. When everything else is so dreary, I think a bold pop of colour on my feet could be just what's needed to cheer me up! These are amazingly comfy for fashion trainers and I am going to be wearing these with jeans and a burgundy or pink jumper to match my feet or with a simple black or grey jumper dress and let the shoes do the talking! I would say that these run small, I got them in my usual size, but I actually wish I would have sized up as there is not much room in them. Color Combo Magnet/ Vintage Indigo: I LOVE this color combo but not a fan of the unfinished/exposed foam on the tongue... they don't have my size in other colors so... not sure if I will keep them. I think this will not wear well and doesn't look finished. The tongue material is pilling at the edge, straight out of the box... pulling on this open seam over time...? buyer beware - some of the color combinations have an unfinished/exposed foam tongue. I'd recommend buying only the color combos that have a sewn/finished tongue.
Should not have listened to reviews saying to size up. Sized up one half size and toe box was huge, even with my wide feet and finger toes. Was snug for high arches, even in large size. Sadly now sold out for this year's sale price.Angora/granite colorway complimented several outfits with its warm and cool tones.
Are you kidding me? Even if this is supposed to be a retro sneaker, nobody wants to see exposed cheap sponge. Toe box is wide and I do like that but maybe too wide for most people. So disappointed. I wanted these for my trip to London next week. Hoped I’d be getting another color even!! Sew up the sponge!
