They informed me I can send them back and get money back and order the right size. They were super helpful and made the return painless. Once received right size they were perfect and exactly what he wanted. True to size and colors are exactly like the photos. Will definitely order from here again.

I’ve bought many pairs of new balances in the past and none have fit quite like the before. Weirdly more narrow than other styles from them. Quite a shame because they are the cutest shoe otherwise.

As a millennial I was so happy to see 00s styling on a pair of sneakers. I’m always complaining that they don’t make sneakers like they used to! lol. These are so cute, I love the yellow accents on them and I can’t wait to wear them more when the weather cools off. They are super comfy. I took my usual size in NB. Shipping was ultra fast.

The shoes look amazing but the quality is rather disappointing and so I only wear them on days I don't have to walk much. They have zero breathing and turn into a foot sauna very quickly. Not even my gortex shoes are this bad.My pair also seemed to have a manufacturing defect where the soles did not actually fit the shoe and kept sliding around and bunching up (I reached out to NB after a month and was told too bad, here is $20 off your next pair...).These aren't my first or even second NBs but this model also had a very tight toebox.Overall, I think these are only worth getting for photoshoots or if you'll be carried instead of walking.
I’ve tried to orders these in a women’s 8.5 and I’ve been sent a men’s 8.5 three times. I even got on the chat support and the customer agent was very helpful. They said they would send a note and escalate the issue so I didn’t get the wrong size the third time I tried to order this sneaker and for the third time I was sent the wrong size.
I have narrow feet so I need more support when I am running or walking. These make me feel like I’m walking on marshmallows. So comfy and supportive! They beat my ASICS in comfort while running.
Strangely narrow. The shoe pinches in the middle of the outsole. The quality is good but the ergonomics really don’t work. I don’t know how this could be. I have other new balance that don’t have this issue. The inconsistency is troubling.
Bruh.. what’s going on in that warehouse that 2 of us here received the NB 530s bc of a wrong label? I was so excited, was a birthday gift to myself. Rushed the order and everything, and then I get stuck with these. But of course now my size is on Backorder for the next eon so there’s that..
I was afraid these would look too bulky/masculine in person but I actually love them! The colorway gives it a softer touch. It’s neutral enough to wear with anything! I’m a 6, ordered women’s 6 which is the same as EU37. They have a bit of room but that’s ok, I don’t mind it :) comfy for sure
I love the look of it. You can wear it under everything but they are not resistant to wear alot. I buy them for normal life time just walking but I can't imagine for running. They are not very soft. It will definitely tear if I run. I had the same size I was wearing in nike air max.
