I ordered a pair of Reebok 550 from Hibbett for my granddaughter’s birthday. I was continuously reminded by Hibbett as to the status of my order and the estimated arrival time. The shoes arrived on time and in great condition. When I needed to exchange the shoes for a smaller size, your customer service associate, Melanie, was very helpful and professional in instructing me how to complete the return and repurchase the correct size. Again, the communication from Hibbett was excellent in keeping me informed about the status of the repurchased shoes. Hibbett’s proactive communication is greatly appreciated. I will gladly recommend Hibbett for their excellent quality and customer service.

This is a good gift for anyone likes new balance! They're comfortable, stylish, and easy to wear with anything! I gave these shoes to my brother since he likes the style of them and not only that, but they are also affordable!

Love NB 550
28 January 2024

I love these shoes. I have a few pairs now and they go with any outfit and are also comfortable. I will continue to buy new pairs as they are stylish and also affordable. I would recommend to pick up a pair of these.

Love! Very stylish. Would buy again.

I bought these shoes while they were on sale and I got them for casual wear. I'm usually a 9 in women's shoes and the size 8 in men fit me perfectly. They are very comfortable, however very narrow. Got so many compliments while wearing them but will definitely have to break them in a little so that they feel less stiff.

Low quality
8 January 2023

I got these 5 days before christmas and ordered online. They came in with what looks like a black rubber stain and chipped linework on the shoe. I managed to rub the black stain off the shoe with a magic eraser since it was a gift, but i'm disappointed. They do not carry 550 in store so i could not exchange or look at them in stores.

Narrow toe box
12 January 2024

Decent traction for court play. Shoe length is OK. Upper material is super stiff; it took several hours of use to break in. Not like modern mesh materials. Toe box is much narrower than normal sport shoes. If you’re on the border between standard and wide, this is one style to definitely get the wide size if available.

Sizing tips

Im a size 10.5 in mens sneakers for the most part and an 11 in Yeezys. The NB 550 has a large foot opening around the heel that creates some serious heel slippage. It doesnt help that the material around the heel is very silky and smooth so it wont grip onto your socks. (The forefoot at a sz 10.5 fit nice and comfortable though.) That being said, I sized down to a 10 and there was a SMALL amount of heel slippage. It seems like the cut around the heel is just big no matter what. The forefoot still felt fine. A bit of breaking in/wear will help though as it may feel a bit narrow at first. In conclusion, unless you have wide feet, id go half a size down. I have a 'normal' foot. Slight arch in my feet, I dont have a necessarily wide or fat foot either. The shoes look ... MoreIm a size 10.5 in mens sneakers for the most part and an 11 in Yeezys. Very narrow
25 February 2023

Bought them as a present for my partner. Saw the over reviews saying to size up by half a size but it’s not so much the length that is small, they are just really narrow. Had to send them back because they were to tight across the top of his foot. Shame because we both really like them.
