New Balance refuses to return or exchange these because they are a special limited release shoeI'm very disappointedLast time I'll be purchasing any New Balance shoes with customer service this badOver all the shoe is really nice, except for the tongue which has foam poking out and it looks bad

The shoes look phenomenal and are really comfortable! Downside is that the rear of the sole is so large that it becomes inconvenient to drive with. Great shoes otherwise!

I love the quality and material. I also love the design. What I don't like is the heel. I wore for about 3 hours and the back of the shoe arches inward toward my back ankle heel. It's impossible to wear without it cutting into your skin.

Love everything about the Casablanca XC-72's. Wore them to a USC Trojans game and the feedback was amazing, most people thought I had them made for USC colors. Very comfortable as well! My wife now want a pair of her own. Great job!!!!
First review I have ever done…2 sizes bigger than the label says and New Balance doesn't take returns so therefore can never trust to buy from them again
Awesome looking shoes but run extremely big! I wear 9.5 and had I known how big they run I would've ordered an 8.5. They are literally at least one full size bigger than my actual size.
I usually love New Balances but these are not it. The red and yellow are too bright and the back sole is to bulky. I tried to return them but couldn't now I am stuck with ugly shoes. I am sticking with what I know now.
