I have so much trouble staying asleep. Taking two of these before bedtime has helped me sleep much more deeply and I wake up less during the night. I am ordering more! My husband tried it and he had the same experience. It's not a perfect solution for sleeping woes but it's the best natural supplement that has truly helped me sleep better!

With my experience of insomnia, I have already tried almost everything on Iherb. Some sleeping pills act at the beginning, but addiction develops very quickly and the remedy no longer works. I do not take this remedy for so long to draw conclusions about how long-term the action is. So far I can say that 1 capsule before going to bed also works.Ingredients Useful. Ideal Quality, with the usual Taste, an unmatched product. Capsule size and dosage are good. I liked the packaging. There is a benefit for me.

This works!!!! I feel so much better the next day. I have been having enormous difficulty sleeping since being widowed..and this helps me rest well. No negative side effects. I have used the regular Zyflamend for some years with great success. I jumped on the chance to try the Night Time formula. OMG! Best sleep in months!!! Too strong for me. I used Zyflamend Whole Bidy for years. The nighttime formula made me feel too tired the next day. Experimented with time of dose and still too much. Vitacost customer service was excellent and refunded me.
Excellent product, it helps me sleep very well. I’ve seen the difference since I’ve taken these kind. It helps a lot with muscles and the pain that I had on my back went away. It’s definitely a great product!
