Couple of flaws that I had with mine 1, the MLB batter man logo on the back was on a slight angle small but noticeable..2, the grey under brim was inconsistantly placed in manufacturing, overlapping the lip of the brim on one side. However it was a simple fix with some black fabric paint to cover up the obvious grey overlap. Apart from those imperfections the hat looks nice.Awesome service from West bros đź‘Ť

The fitted cap is beautiful. I like it a lot. However, the sizing is inconsistent. My size is 7 3/8 but the fitted cap i got is quite big than my other 7 3/8 cap.
I love the low crown hats. It takes away the boxy look the normal 59FIFTY on field caps give. As a previous review stated, the cap was too small for him although he got his regular size....I can say that it depends on who put your hat together rather than a low crown error. I have had two low crown hats both my regular size. One of those hats fit perfectly while the other was snug. I called champs to discuss that issue with them, and they were happy to exchange the hat for one that I preferred.
Cap arrived and you could immediately feel the quality of all New Era caps. Liked wearing it THAT much I had to buy bottoms in the same colour and complete the outfit. Still by far the BEST customer service I’ve had in years and would recommend to ANYONE.
Slightly bigger than my other 7 1/8 hats. Definitely would advise to size down! Overall the hat is dope.
