Ordered the 26+ at first and cancelled to get expedited shipping. The shipping was just Amazon shipping it for them…for $20 when I have Amazon prime. On top of that, they don’t even wrap the product. They just throw it in the bag. The first package I received had been sitting out in 100+ degree weather. When New Zealand co finally said they’d send another, this time the Amazon driver left it out in the rain. The package was once again just the product thrown in an Amazon bag. The pictures are of what it looked like when I opened the lid. It’s not hard to ensure product protection during shipping with a company like this, is it? Ridiculous. My order arrived in a timely fashion. Found the customer service excellent! My e mails were answered promptly, As for the product....I wish I had known about it years ago. Started using the product to address a skin issue that was persistent for 9 months. Doctor prescribed medication was not working (I developed vascular Urticaria and hives).I am so impressed that after just 3 weeks using the honey the issue has cleared up nicely....I am sooo impressed. I have taken 1 tsp a day and have applied it topically. I enjoy the taste too. Thank you for a great product

I had been coughing for eight months. Your honey is working as a cough suppressent, and my infection seems to be clearing. Other reviews mention the bad taste and the cost. My order tastes great, and for me, your honey costs far less than prescription medications--which according to my pulmonologist have side effects that are worse than the disease.

I purchased the UMF 5+ and the UMF 24+ at the same time. I was genuinely surprised at how dramatic the differences between the two honeys were. The color, smell, and taste were different. I went looking for manuka honey because I have inflammation I need to reduce as well as ulcers in my stomach that I've been trying to heal. I use the honey twice daily in chamomile tea. I bought one of the Manukas with umf of 24+ and the mgo 1122+ because I'm 64. I want to be in my grandchildren lives for as long as I can healthy. I felt happy to do this for them and me of course. ButI'm disappointed to just find out that you cannot put Manuka honey in hot water I above 140 degree. I get my hot water from a little Fountain thing that I have so I'm going to have to go check it and see if it's under 140°. I don’t typically buy into the hype but my UC was acting up and steroids weren’t doing anything to improve my symptoms. I decided to try Manuka Honey because I figured it couldn’t make things worse! I researched and landed on this brand. 3 weeks after starting the honey my symptoms were significantly improved and an abdominal MRI showed no signs of inflammation. I don’t know if it was the honey, minor dietary changes, the steroids finally starting to work or a combination of all 3…but the noticeable improvement that happened right after incorporating the honey into my diet was pretty mind blowing! I don’t think honey is a cure but I do believe that paired with traditional therapies it can do some pretty amazing things.

I have been looking for a long time where to order honey. Finally, I found New Zealand Honey, co. I made the right decision. The customer service is excellent and very helpful. When it comes to the quality of the product, I will not try anything else. The consistency, taste, and aroma are delicate, pure, and unique. I don't eat normal honey, so I wanted to try Manuka. It helps me fall asleep when I have to work at night for an overseas company with a ten-hour time difference. I sleep like a small baby. I was amazed when I tried it for the first time. It also gives me the necessary gentle energy, helps to digest and I hope it will also cheer all a bit tired parts of the body.
