Best newborn carrier by far!So soft and stretchy and easy to use.As a mum of 3 under 3 it has been an absolute life saver and knowing that bub is comfy with no buckles, belts and stiff material rubbing on him is one less thing to think about.Also customer service is 10/10. I seemed to have recieved a faulty carrier at first where a hole tore in one section of the sling. Within 30 minutes of emailing customer support a return label and replacment were sent out to me and a new carrier arrived the next day.I highly reccomend this brand and product.

I couldn't be happier with our BabyDink baby carrier! My baby loves it, and it's incredibly comfortable for both of us. The customer service was outstanding—I mistakenly ordered a couple sizes too small because I didn't check the sizing chart properly. Despite opening, trialling, waiting a few weeks to realise plus discarding the packaging, they insisted on exchanging it for the correct size free of charge and ensured I was completely satisfied. Very impressive service and a fantastic product!
