I use this patch for just about everything!!! I first bought them when I had surgery on my cataracts, Then when I found out how wonderful they were I started using theme for almost everything. Nothing stays on better, they are very comfortable to wear and when you put them on they stay on. My husband has some sort of a knot on his shoulder and I put some Boil E ase on it and then put this bandage on it and left it on for a few days, This stayed on until I pulled it off . Guess what?? When I pulled it off that was the end of it and it had probably been on there for years. Wonderful Patch! Love it!

Ideal

These eyepatches are just the right size for an adult eye and the skin tone colour makes them less obvious than the white pads I've used before. They are good and sticky and can be repositioned three or four times before the adhesive becomes inactive. I've got sensitive skin, but the adhesive has not caused me any problems. My only gripe is the price, which is high because they're imported and incur high postage costs.

Keeps your eye from drying out.

My right side of my face just droops with my right eye unable to blink. I need to put drops in one hour and gel the next hour, all day long. At night, I fill my eye with erythromycin ointment and cover said eye with an eye patch to help the eye remain lubricated during the night. I then place a long piece of tape over the eye to keep the patch in place. It helps keep air from drying out my eye during the night.

I have had an eye problem for a few years (too much computer work) and my Dr. has occasionally recommended I wear a patch for a few weeks at a time. I have to wear one like this due to my having to wear glasses and they will not fit over a black patch you wear with an elastic band. I use to be able to buy this brand in the stores but they tell me it's only available "on line" now. That is really too bad because it is the BEST eye patch you can wear...for an adult like me or a child. This brand breaths better and can actually be pealed back to wipe a tear or rub your eye and can be put right back on. The other brands only go on once and cannot be re-applied thus not sticking and actually falling off. This brand SHOULD be carried again in Walmart store inventory. Perfect Eye Patch blends in with skin color

For any one that has had any type of eye injury or medical condition, and needs an eye covered for any reason, you know how uncomfortable it can be to get around on one eye. The type of covering or bandage you use is very noticeable, and sometimes very awkward in front of family, friend, or co-workers.I have worn these bandages now for two weeks, and it has made this experience a little less painful. I was also able to peal the bandage off when needed, and then re-applied it. This the best of both worlds when you need to get around the house, working, etc., and it covers your eye area with the similar color to you forehead and cheeks .

Ultra sticky

These are the only single use kids eye patch I can find and they work really well, better than a fabric eye patch where they can cheat. They are super sticky and do not come off easily. We use egg white around our daughters eye before putting one on so it doesn’t hurt coming off. Even with the egg white they stay in place and don’t lift with movement and stay on for hours (sometimes we forget to watch the time). They are soft and flexible so contour easily for a great fit on her little face. I also draw little pictures on them so she is happy to wear it for the required time. Definately a recommended product and chemist warehouse has the cheapest price I’ve found for this product.

Very bad reaction -used only once

Usually use Curad patches for eye injury, but they were not available. These seemed comparable, so I purchased and used once.....big mistake! The patch was much more difficult to remove and I apparently had a reaction either to the adhesive or patch material. I was left with a 1-inch area of raw broken skin at the outer edge of my eye that took several days to heal. Meanwhile, I could not patch the eye because I would have had to stick a patch on the damaged area. Very unpleasant and unexpected experience, especially from a name-brand product. I am not prone to adhesive reactions or skin sensitivity, but my face really did not like these patches! After skin healed, I went back to using Curad with no problems.

I purchased this eye patch for my 4 years old to treat his lazy eye. The patch stays put the whole time he is wearing it. In fact it was a challenge for us because it stayed on too well and we had a hard time peeling if off. We later found a solution from the on-line forum. That is to put a thin layer of the Milk of Magnesia (the laxative) on his face, let it dry into a thin layer of powder residue, then put on the eye patch. The eye patch will still stay put during wearing, but it has became so much easier to remove when the time comes.

i have an artificial eye and sometimes need to patch it due to irritation (allergies, cold weather, dry environment). these self adhesive patches by Nexcare are the best. they stay on but are not irritating to your skin. they are virtually sweat and water proof. i work for my ocularist and have these in stock and recommend them to all of our patients. excellent protection and comfortable to wear.
