And the comfort is 99% better.Easily adjustable angle depending on your preference and very sturdy so you don’t have to worry about it not standing upright.Only con I will say is that attaching the hard bolts and screws to my specific cockpit was a borderline nightmare, I had to take off the sliders off the actual chair itself to make it work.

Very happy with the quality and sturdiness. Really comfortable without being too soft so braking isn't affected in my case. Rails and locking mechanism solid so far. If you don't want or need a bucket seat then would highly recommend.

Brought this seat as a direct bolt in for my GT Track cockpit due to the original seat base had become worn. That seat is now at the auto trimmers being repaired. This seat dropped straight in and looks very similar to the original seat. Main differences between the two is the ERS1 is suede material, the original is leather. The ERS1 has a much finer recline setting thanks to the two levers. The suede holds you in position nicely, no sliding around like on leather and is comfortable. All in all, very happy with it.

Excellent comfort and quality. A slight adjustment to the sliding mechanism handle was needed. Apart from that it's fantastic.
Great chair but had a little trouble getting the rear screws in. Ended up getting wife and her smaller fingers to get screws hand tighten then I was able to finish off with the Allen key supplied. Yea I read the instructions and moved the rails etc. but the supplied Allen key was too high and unable to get it in place under the seat until it was tight up by finger tips. This was issue was only for the rear screws.
I recently purchased the GT Elite Ford GT rig and added an Elite ERS1 Seat. Super happy with the combination as it provides so much adjustment with the seat slider, reclining function along with all the seat angle adjustments on the rig seat bracket. Its super rigid. Fine tuning will no doubt take a fair bit of time to find the perfect position for me but thats why I went for such an adjustable set up. Would highly recommend both GT Elite rig and Elite ERS1 seat
I bought the ERS1 to complete my Next Level rig and replace my SAAS seat that I had purchased for my first home-made rig. The ERS1 is a nicely constructed seat, light and easy to install, with good quality fabric and easily adjustable although the seat slider was a bit stiff.My big 'however' are the seat bolsters on the sides of the seat back that press into my kidneys/sides and make the seat very uncomfortable, particularly for long sim sessions. I'm a 95-100cm waist and there is no way to adjust the padding, so it's back to the SAAS seat.
This appears to be a well built and likely durable seat... time will tell! Adjusts forward and backwards on a slider with a handle under the front center of the seat. Has a ButtKicker mounting bar. The only oddity is it appears to be made to mount directly to the T-Slot bar in the F-GT frame instead of the seat brackets used for the cheaper seat, so you loose the adjustable height feature.
Seat itself is comfortable but had to do alot to get it to fit the next lvl frameThe travel in the slide back and forth is very limited would of been better if there was more also the back of the seat only goes back about 3 degrees extremely small amount of movement
This seat is comfy as, I'm a big tall fella with wide shoulders, no dramas there. Retro fitted to my old F-GT with a made up square tube frame, does the job, very happy with the quality and price.
