Pros: NLR always well designed and solid, manual was mostly easy to follow. It is adaptable for different cockpits military or airliner. Looks good.Cons: Once assembled, I bought for Warthog and it then took even longer to get Warthog kit fitted but did eventually. It will suit most setups but you will have a fair bit of unused stuff left over. I was / am hoping to figure out how to get my airliner yoke/throttle connected at same time as military kit, this could have been done better. Tall centre column is not stable enough for a proper yoke (Fulcrum).
