I am now into my 6th week and in that time I have had only 25 cigarettes in total 😱😁 I joined the cessation course in my pharmacy that is free and lasts 13 weeks. My first week I tried the nicorette patches but unfortunately they were not great for me as my arm swoll up plus I had a rash. Where the patches were even 5 weeks down the line you can still see the redness and outline. Now that is just my reaction to the patches and should not deter anyone from trying this method. Just not for me.

Patches are really helpful with cravings. I do agree with other reviews though they come off if you sweat.
3 days in using the 21mg step 1 patchesThey have worked really well I don't even feel like a cigarette now
I run a farm so I work outside most of the day. I can only get the patch to stick properly in the morning but as soon as I get sweaty it falls off. I'm wasting up to 3 a day so I would not recommend this product if you work outdoors.
I put a patch on and a few hours later when I mowed my lawn and slightly started sweating it fell right off. Considering this is a typical home activity this should not of occurred. The two stars are only cause of the price but I don’t think I will be buying again.
