After watching the much more informative video yes it's good and after trial and error it's easy to get along with. However on first and second use following the tinsy winsy instructions on the packaging I thought it was horrendous. Everything mentioned in the video was not mentioned on the packaging or leaflet and that's where most will look first not a Google search; it will likely be the reason why many can't get along with it because the instructions are useless. 1 pump is enough and make sure you lift the tounge get very very close to the inside of the middle of your cheek and squirt. I spray it under my tongue which I found better than into my cheek. It’s small and discreet to pop in a pocket or bag and take it with you which is ideal if you crave a cigarette while out in a restaurant, shop etc. A quick spray and the craving goes in seconds. I absolutely love this product!The Nicorette quick mist cool berry spray is by far the best smoking cessation aid I have tried.Its compact size makes it perfect to carry around keeping it discreet.It provides excellent relief from cravings and fast, I love it!The flavour was made for my taste and unlike the fresh mint version, is not as harsh on your mouth making it more palatable. I would not hesitate to recommend this spray, it’s the best.
I was keen to try this spray as I’m desperate to quit smoking/vaping.The product is discreet and easily fits into my bag and I liked the look of the product overall. The spray gives just enough with 1 spray to bring some relief when the withdrawal symptoms are becoming more noticeable. I like the taste of the fresh mint as it’s quite strong which helped me overcome the need to smoke at the same time making my mouth feel fresh. I will persevere with this spray whilst I try to overcome the habit.
This is the only nicotine replacement product that works for me. If you spray it once on the inside of your cheek you should get relief within 1 minute. If you swallow it and not keep the liquid in your mouth you will likely get a burning sensation and likely get the hiccups which can last about one minute. I find this product to be more adictive than cigarettes. It certainly works but you may find yourself adicted to this spray. I suppose it's better than wrecking your lungs.
