I know there would be side effects with some replacement therapy products but every morning evening it was like a horror show when I brushed my teeth. Now that is just my thoughts on this product and should not deter anyone from trying these as they might be right for others. I actually feel like Goldilocks and will hopefully find my 'just right ' option 😭

Easy to use

I have been using the lozenge for over a week now.They have a fresh minty taste and provide a instant hit of nicotineAs a heavy smoke previously , my aim is to completely give up however that has not been possible yet but the lozenges have provided me with a quick sharp hit of nicotine when I needed it without being too overpowering.It takes a few minutes to completely dissolve in the mouth and is a nice after tasteThe have definitely reduced my smoking and cut out a few cigarettes during the day.Willpower is the key that will make me completely give up but this is a good nicotine replacement to relieve the withdrawal symptoms. A good motivation tool

I purchased the Nicorette Cools Lozenge Icy Mint via Amazon. These ones are difficult to find in the supermarket so I was really keen to try them.I really enjoyed the strong mint taste from these lozengers, this was different to other brands that I have tried where the mint taste goes away really quickly.I also found that after using one lozenge it kept my nicotine cravings away for a couple of hours before I felt the need to have another one.The lozenge is small enough to sit in the side of my mouth and disolve and it was easy to forget it was there.All round a great product and would recommend to anyone who is trying to stop smoking.

I purchased this product with discount in return for my honest review. I’ve really enjoyed putting these to the test, they’ve helped me to massively cut down my cigarettes and get on the track to quitting for good. I’ve tried patches and gum in the past which I’ve found to be disappointing but these lozenges are a cut above the rest. They’re small and compact to carry around in your pocket and on the go. I really love the strong, fresh taste to them but this may not be to everyone’s taste. The only downside I could find was the price, they could make them more affordable to encourage others to quit.

Made me forget about smoking

First of all I really liked the flavour. I opened for the minty fresh ones. Was just like having a breath freshening mint which was obviously nice given I’m used to having breath that smells of smoke. I used quite a few on my first day but I have to say I didn’t really crave a cigarette all day and I was actually having a rather stressful day at work when I’d normally reach for one. I also have took them out on a night out and again I didn’t feel the need to smoke which again is a time when I normally crave a cigarette. I will certainly use these in future as part of my routine and they really have helped.

New formulation disgusting and slimy

The new nicorette lozenge 4mg (NOT mini’s those are nasty too tho) are absolutely horrible and disgusting! Might as well go back to smoking since these new Nicorette lozenges taste like the generic ones. The only reason I was able to quit smoking was because the Nicorette brand was was the only one palatable and actually quelled the urge to smoke. I have used these for several years and have never wanted to smoke another cigarette. But this new taste gives me a headache and makes me CRAVE a real cigarette. They were great in flavor and I could tell a difference in this product vs off brand ones. Why would you change something that is NOT broken! These new ones are way too chalky and leave a bad taste in your mouth. There is no reason for me to pay more for nicotine brand when I can get the generic brand free from my insurance. The change is absolutely horrible in my opinion. Again there is zero reason to use nicotine brand lozenges when they taste identical to a product that is way cheaper than nicorette brand. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD FORMULATION before I go back to smoking actual cigarettes!!!! You have lost a loyal customer if you don’t change back to the old lozenge pop top formulation! You can keep the child safety lid, just go back to old formulation.

Nicorette Cools Lozenges

Excellent product, fast acting so ideal for a short term fix for a nicotine craving. As a tobacco smoker these were ideal as it was quicker to use a lozenge than roll a cigarette. They are slightly higher in nicotine than usual lozenges which wasn’t ideal when the aim was to reduce nicotine consumption. The Icy Mint flavour is refreshing but quite strong. I found these ideal for surviving working days without having a cigarette, the craving’s gone after 5 mins. Much nicer to replace the smell of smoke with mint instead. Managed to cut back to just 3 cigarettes a day. As long as you have some willpower and determination these definitely do the job!

Nicorette lozenges 2mg icy mint

Upon receiving the product, the instructions of usage were clear and easy. The flavour is a strong mint which masks the usual strong nicotine taste that's sometimes unbareable. The mint itself seems to work well and halts cravings within 5 minutes the only downside is half way through there is a strong taste that sometimes hits the back of your throat but after a packet it's not as bad and you get used to it. In terms of lozenges there the best I've had of any brand so far. Would definitely recommend and will continue to use. Will help with your cravings well.

Getting 4 compact, handy packs of 20 lozenges is a good amount, but I’m afraid to say, that’s really the only benefit, as these lozenges really aren’t for me at all.I’ve been trying out various nicotine replacement products over the past few months, but I’m afraid I won’t be getting these again.To me, these have that harsh, kind of ‘ashtray’ taste, that the original , old school nicotine replacement chewing gums used to taste of.I love mint flavoured products & always opt for them, but for me, the mint flavour in these, didn’t help with the overall flavour at all.I am really sorry to say this, but these lozenges don’t help with my cravings, they don’t taste pleasant, but mainly, they feel like they’re burning the inside of my mouth too.
