I bought the Air Force 1 ‘07 Premium style: FQ8822-084 and I love them! From the premium leather and the sturdy design it creates, to how comfortable they are on foot as well! The small details of the Jack-oLantern dubraes on sturdy waxed laces, the special font and campfire orange logo on the tongue, the green swirl on the bottom of the soles (with the pleasant surprise that it glows in the dark! I managed to buy mine pre-release, so I didn’t know that detail at first!). The snakeskin texture of the leather is so subtle, but impactful as well. These shoes are perfect for Halloween lovers (like myself) and trendsetters alike. I highly recommend them, and they won’t be available much longer.

I had a black upper and white coloured variant of AF1's. The styling of the shoe is so classic that it remains legendary even today. However, i was very disappointed with how they felt on foot. There is enough padding around the foot, but the rubber sole used, is very heavy and cushioning is somewhat lacking. Considering the options people have today for casual wear, provided they are soft, bouncy and lightweight, AF1 simply loses to them. However, this shoe is miles ahead in terms of style statement alone.

Overall both my four-year-old and I love the Force 1s. They are a classic for a reason. The shoe is really good looking and definitely has the expected Nike comfort.For my toddler however, there were two things I didn't totally love for my son: (1) width - these are a somewhat narrow shoe and I found it a little tricky initially to get my son's foot inside and (2) shoe laces. My toddler couldn't care less - he's happy to sit and let me tie his shoes for him, but he doesn't yet know how to tie his own so it is one less thing he can do independently.
