The Air Max 1 'Escape' takes you back through Nike's long record of trail running and pushing boundaries. Debuting in 1984, with Mount St. Helens still smouldering on the horizon, the Nike Escape broke away from the ordinary. The design paved the way for, well, getting the hell out of the way—and it was soon beloved and coveted by trail runners everywhere. Celebrating that history, the AM1 'Escape' pairs classic running DNA with Pacific Northwest-inspired details. The striking colours were pulled from an iconic Nike running ad—one that featured Mount St. Helens' caldera billowing in the background. An embroidered forest scene on the heel is worthy of wanderlust. And the rugged suede accents, airy textile and boot-inspired laces finish your look. Time to escape.

Probably the best trainers I’ve ever bought in my life. These will reappear (again) later down the line for sure. Great company to buy from with the best selection of sizes across all retailers. Quick delivery also considering it’s coming from overseas.

They were previously worn. The shape of the toe box was deformed as when you wear them a few times and the laces were not laced as when they come out of the box. Low move to certify as brand new, not worn. Sorry!! You lost a customer!!

Colorway: 9/10Materials: 10/10Q.C.: 9/10Comfort: 8/10Ugly Duckling? Trust me, theres nothing ugly about these immaculately crafted AM1s. I've recently received many compliments wearing these. Super buttery suede and embroidered duck on the heeltab evoke Premium vibes. No doubt an homage to the Ugly Duckling "Dunk pack" and I'm here for it! A must have for AM1 collectors! Don't 😴 on these. Thank you Nike ❤️

Colorway: 10/10Materials: 9/10Q.C. : 9/10Comfort: 9/10Lace swap is a must! They come with an extra pair of white which makes these really pop. The embroidered treeline and hits of red on the tongue and heeltab are definite eye-catchers. A must-have for my AM1 collection. Don't 😴 on these...
Im here for the Stripes...I've had many compliments wearing these recently. Premium vibes... Thinking about a lace-swap for summit white* . No doubt a must-cop* for AM1 collectors!Don't 😴 on these...
QC on mine was lacking. Toe box area had a bit of dents in them on the left side, apparently this is a common issue. If you can find these on the shelves instead of online, do that instead to check your shoes come corret. Overall, love the suede and colorway. Comfort is what you'd expect from AM1. Duck in the back is cute. I copped the Pecan so I switched out the yellow lace with the brown lace for more ways to match my drip. Check the steez.
This shoe is a steal at the current sale price. A shoe you can wear all year and they look even better as they age. As with most Airmax 1s, always size up if you have a wider foot. I go up a full size from AJ1 sizing. I would love to see more Airmax 1 and Airmax 90s!
This Air Max is a very comfortable shoe, and the materials are absolutely amazing. I have not one regret about buying this shoe. I’d say if you don’t own a Air Max you may wanna add a pair to your collection, and this color way is beautiful even better on feet.
