Bought for my 2nd grader... The laces are very bad. They consistently get untied and ruined. Rest of the shoe is good, but she is tying her shoe probably 20 times a day, that she sometimes even stops tying them. She got a lace stuck in an escalator, that was very scary.

My child had no foot issues prior to these shoes. Bought them for school and wore them for 2 weeks. Caused athletes foot and within 3 days led to cellulitis . No air flow. So I tried one shoe on myself along with one of my shoes and instantly the one foot felt warmth.

I purchased two pairs of these for my girls, ages 10 and 7, in August for school. Since these are their school shoes, they are only allowed to wear them to school. As soon as they come home, they change into play shoes for outside and weekend play. For the price, $100 a pair, I would have expected them to last most of the school year, especially since they are worn only when at school. However, one pair already has a hole and the other pair is fraying terribly and we are only 2 1/2 months into the school year. I have purchased many other brands at a much cheaper cost and they have lasted the entire school year. Although these shoes are adorable and comfortable, the fact that they are poorly made is a bummer. I will not purchase these again.

This is the second pair of Air Max 270 I have purchased for my son. He is 7 and can be quite hard on shoes. These run true to size. I must say that I am impressed with how well these shoes hold up, and he says they are the most comfortable shoes he has ever worn. We spend a lot of time at Cedar Point each summer, which means lots of walking and running all day long. He has never had a complaint of his feet hurting or being uncomfortable in these shoes compared to others we have tried. They have also held up extremely well. His older pair do show a bit of wear, but nothing atypical of normal wear for a 7 year old boy. I would definitely recommend these!

She loves her shoes and not only that when UPS dropped off product she felt like it was Christmas. She was super duper happy which makes me feel happy as well. Finish Line I thank you for having this item availible becauise I looked everywhere online and at the local shoe stores and Finish Line had just what would put a huge smile on my dautghters face, She loves the comfort and she shows them off at school. Now everything she wears has to have red to match her shoes. Ok ok ok....the shipment was a day early so YES i was surprised and very satisfied about that and the product. The shoes are great, exactly as pictured. Can't find this color combo many places. The show is very comfortable..my very picky 7 year old loves them. He is a true 2.5 and that was what we ordered the first time. When they arrived I had to send them back and get 3s. They arrived and fit perfectly so I would suggest going up a 1/2 size.
My daughter loves these. Hopefully they are comfy and hold up well. They do however run really small. She can wear a size 2 in blazers and we ordered a 2.5 in these. We had to exchange for a 3.5, but they were too small, as well. The 3rd time was a charm. The size 4 worked.
Purchased these shoes for my daughter, she loves them! She stated they are very comfortable and give her plenty of cushion and support. We needed to exchange for another size and Scheel's exchange and return process was fantastic, free returns and exchanges with fast shipping.
These shoes are amazing!! Very good quality! The colors are very good as well. My only complaint would be that I was unable to get a matching pair as my son. My Wife was able to fit in a smaller girls size to match our daughter but not myself.
If there was a option for 0 stars, that would be my first choice.Firstly, I was forced into purchasing these shoes from a really patronising and pushy sales assistant in Maidstone. Secondly, theres absolutely no way they are worth £62!! After only 4 weeks of wear, they faded in colour, fell apart and worst of all my son says they are the most uncomfortable shoe he's ever worn. He measures at a 13, the lady sold us a 1.5, so they must come up so small, definitely not true to size, she assured me they would give, well all they did was slice his feet up. As a mother I felt really guilty for buying him the most painful shoes that actually cut into him, and also I'd paid £62 pounds for the pleasure. Avoid at all costs!! They should be discontinued.
