The airmax 270 is by far the best most comfortable show I have ever bought. I am a long time decades old NIKE shopper .I have awful kness and a bad back . I started with the old "tuned air" and still love that version and the Vapormax too but these outshine them both. I now have 8 pairs with no intention of ever stopping. Right out of the box I could wear for 12 hours as an RN on my feet all day. No need to break them in . No back or knee pain. 1000 % comfort. Colors are great . I do find them running a bit small -- for me 1 size . I usually buy a women 5 or kid 3 but these I need a kid 4 women 6. Thst is just fime more colord to choose from . Fan for life

Air Max 270

Let's just start with the fact I am not a runner.... at all! I do however walk a lot. I just purchased them at the beginning of January 2023. So far so good. I've been wearing Nike for over 35 years. No matter what pair or style of Nike I buy, they always fit perfectly, including the 270's. I bought 3 pair this year. Different colors. Very comfortable and light. I have OCD.... who doesn't in some magnitude, so I only wear them when it is sunny and dry out. I live in the Northeast, so picking the right day is hard. It's either raining or snowing. Anyway, back to the sneakers. In a nutshell, I love them so far. This review is for all 3 pairs, as they are exactly the same, just different colors like I said. I got them on sale, which was a bonus.

Awesome shoes!

my daughter bought these as they are the latest "must have." Since then she has excelled in her gymnastic abilities, her popularity has grown and her acne is almost gone!The weather has changed from dull, rainy and overcast to warm, bright and sunny - coincidence?She has received so many compliments from people on how they look, and how much taller she looks, which is great because she's tiny!If she starts getting any attention from boys, though, those shoes are going straight back!!

Great for the 4 months they lasted

My 11 year old was so excited to see these Air Max shoes on display at the store looking like flames in the red/orange combination. At the price, they were a splurge purchase for a kid whose feet are still growing. He loved them, but wore a hole through the bottom of the shoe within 4 months, popping the air bubble. We returned to Nike for them to inspect, but they determined it was normal wear and tear, so unfortunately I'm also out the cost to ship them there. Super disappointed at the lack of durability on an item that is certainly not inexpensive.

Looks to kill, slighty less than optimal fit

First things first: Looks alone I would give these a 100 out of 10... they are exquisite! I was a little concerned after reading that some were getting shipped pairs that were dirty or worn- mine came brand new sparkling clean out of the box.Now for how they fit: I wear a size 12 and have narrow feet. Even having narrow feet, these shoes feel very narrow around the arch area right in front of the heel portion of my foot. It almost feels as if they are cupped and my feet extend over the outer edges. Also, because the heel is slightly elevated with the air pod, it kind of forces your foot to slide down into the toe of the show. Material isn't Durable

My son begged me for these last year for back to school sneakers. Against my better judgment I spent $160 on these. About 2 weeks later they had 2 holes in the fabric. I'm more than disgusted with the delicate nature of these decently expensive Nikes. They continued to develop more homes in them. I did fill out a Nike warranty form but heard nothing back. This doesn't hold well for Nike's commitment to their products. My son is 16, so maybe these would be better for someone who babies their shoes. He does have lots of Nike's that have held up fine. Given my experience I would NOT recommend these shoes.

Nike used to be great when I was growing up, now it’s gotten cheap and the shoes aren’t even sized accordingly. I used to be 1 shoe size in every brand. Not Comfortable

I purchased these online last month and upon receiving them, I noticed a piece of plastic molded onto the back that stuck out quite a bit, like it was manufactured like that. That was a little disappointing, as I was hoping for a quality product and I am used to Nike being pretty consistent with quality. DSG packaged the product very nicely for its delivery to me, the box was intact, etc.! The sneakers are super cute but unfortunately they are very uncomfortable to walk in. I wasn't sure if they were too big or too small– they crushed my toes on the top of my foot, but my toes were sliding forward when I was walking. It caused very painful pressure on the front of my foot and made me walk weird, even when I walked only a few steps in them after trying them on. I had to return again because they just weren't up to standard. I can't seem to justify paying that much for shoes and them not being comfortable AT ALL. Not worth the money- do not hold up up over time

I have bought 3-4 pair of these and do not recommend them. First pair were ok and he described them as comfortable so my husband wanted a second pair. Because of the color we bought they got dirty quickly so its hard to say how long first pair would have held up. Second pair didn't last more than probably 3 months before air bubble area popped on one shoe. At that point we were 50% on these shoes that are 150.00 a pair. My middle school kid begged for a pair to start this school year. It's only November and there is a hole in the top of the shoe around where the big toe would be. The fabric is ripping away from where the fabric meets the sole of the shoe. Guys....these are 150.00 shoes. They should last longer than 3 months with normal use. However, if you need to hear something positive, both my husband and son said these shoes were comfortable on their feet.

So incredibly comfy!

I bought these shoes about 2 weeks ago and oh my word… they’re amazing! The style and the cushion in the heel are definitely my two favorite elements. I only have a couple issues… 172 dollars is A LOT for a pair of Nikes, however, they are considered luxury and I also think that it was worth it. I’d own them in every color if I could! I also feel like they run small. Not by a ridiculous amount, but I wear a 7, and had to size up to an 8. So when ordering online, keep that in mind! I also feel like the sole of the shoe is a little small for the actual shoe itself. It might get better, but off the bat and a couple weeks of day to day wear, I find that it’s still an ongoing issue.
