Air Maxes were always my favorite shoes growing up. I owned many pairs in many colors, and I just bought the black and white ones earlier this year, in January, and it didn't take long for them to fall apart. I hardly even wear the shoes because I have many pairs, so I don't understand how they got a crack right on the midsole from the side all the way to the bottom. The quality of these shoes has gone down the drain. I still have a pair of Air maxes I bought 10 years ago that I used when I worked at a carwash, and those are still holding up better than these. Shame on Nike. Another thing is they are not comfortable to wear at all. I can't walk a minute in these before my feet start to hurt. 1st time in a very long time i bought myself some nikes and these have some really good grip and comfortness. im more flat footed so i will be trimming the inside of the insert hoping to be less irritating. ill be also changing the laces as i think these are cheap quality. id like to see a bit more thicker and tight lacing. this would be a 10 if i didnt have to trim the insert or switch the laces.

I am dissatisfied and disappointed about my order. I ordered the air max 90 black/black/black/ SKU: 20359817 and expected to receive what the advertised pictures displayed, which is the full leather / LRT model. Instead I received the mesh / suede model due to false advertisement. The pictures need to be updated because they are not accurate. Not only that, but the shoe box arrived with a big broken crack on the top and the shoes were poorly positioned inside the box. And the lining / wrap paper was disgracefully shoved in there to one side of the box. It wasn’t even covering the shoes. Whoever packaged them did not care about the service they were providing. I dislike that I wasted my time waiting for the wrong shoes to arrive. 0/10.

These shoes are so comfortable and super cute/cool. I actually ended up getting them in two different colors. They do run a bit large. The second pair I got in half a size smaller which are perfect but the larger ones work totally fine. They are both so comfortable. These two pair of shoes have gotten me more compliments than any other pair of shoes in my life. I work in a clinical setting and I not only get compliments from coworkers and patients but also random strangers in the elevator. Fully recommend
I guess I should’ve read the color listed and not looked at the photo provided!! The photo appears to be green/khaki/black. I wouldn’t have got such a light color going into fall. When shopping online people look at the photos. Disappointed in Nordstrom not really the shoe!!
Stitching on side off shoe staring to tear apart after 5 months of use. They cannot be returned under the Nike warranty because the warranty is only good from 2 years of the date of manufacture. I bought these from Dick's House of Sports in May of 2024. The manufacture date was in February of 2022. The warranty was void before they where purchased because they sat in a wharehouse/stockroom for so long.
Great service on a busy day. I’m usually satisfied there. I also had my son and his friend’s baseball gooves steamed that day. This is my second pair of the same shoe that I love. This is the second time in a row I went in and my service I recieved was stellar.
I have loved Nike sneakers in the past. I alway thought they were higher quality than competitors. That has all changed with pair of sneakers. Poorly designed and poorly constructed. After a few days of a break in period just walking around the house, I went for a run and my feet hurt after my run. Same size I’ve always bought before. I’ve never experienced sore feet after a 3 mile run. I thought maybe it was the socks. So I changed to a different type of sock and three days later ran again; sore feet. The soles are hard and unforgiving. Walking or running. Materials for construction have become cheap. It’s like having a plywood strapped to my feet. Hard and no arch support. Sorry Nike. Just gonna not do it. Moving on to another brand.
As the title suggests, these shoes are visually appealing. However, for the price paid, one would expect better construction. Nike appears to have prioritized aesthetics over quality. Additionally, the shoes run small, so it is advisable to order a size or half size larger. The longevity of the shoes remains to be seen.
