This product nips at the heel, and hurts, so we want to send it back.The StockX site say returns are possible in the UK (but not for other countries!).They don’t make it obvious how to return them, indeed, it’s quite hard to find, but there is a convoluted process that involves you having to write a letter with ‘UK Withdrawal’ specific wording.We did that and heard nothing back from them about how to return these shoes.A few days later I tried calling them. My son is very happy with this second pair - he already has a pair in the light grey colour.
No grip, very slippery and slidey. Even walking stairs with mild dew was losing my footing. Very dangerous.
