I took off a couple stars for the following reasons:1) My order was delayed and took longer to get to me2) When I received my order, the box they shipped my shoes in was too big and no packing supporting added in the box, so the shoes were bouncing around the box, which caused the shoes and box to look disheveled.3) There was a light stain on the tongue of one of the shoes, like whoever was packing my order had dirty hands and didn't care and shipped the shoes anywayI was able to clean the stain (for the most part), but this experience will most likely deter me from shopping at Hibbett in the future.
