This is the first time in over 40 years I've had a bad experience with anything connected to Sears,Kenmore,Craftsman and DieHard. I want to exchange this blower for another model.If this cannot be done we should be entitled to a complete refund of our money.Sears / Craftsman should take a very serious look at this blower model before somebody gets hurt or god forbid worse.I hope this problem can be rectified. This purchase was made for my mother who wanted a pair of white Nike Air Max 97s for her walks. I purchased this online to be delivered to the house. The shoe itself is fine. The size is right and it looks unworn/brand new. That's wonderful! However, the box it came in was entirely too big for the shoes. I would have appreciated it if the shoes arrived well-packed. Especially, since it is a gift.

There was also no paper, or paper inserts, but I quickly realized that it was because of the recycled packaging initiative. The shoe literally looked like someone wore them and sent them back. I thought they were fake when I opened them! Not to mention, the manufacturer date was completely different, as if they just put two random shoes together. Regardless if they are the same color shoe, I've never received airmaxs in this bad of a condition, which a manufacturer date had a mix up too. Upon returning ... I am EXTREMELY disappointed! These sneakers are clearly used! I paid for brand new sneakers, so that's what I expected. First, when I opened the box & didn't see any kind of wrapping inside, I knew something was wrong. I can tell from looking at the bottom of the shoe that someone else has worn them. Also, there is no tissue paper inside of the shoe that helps it keep it's shape. I will be returning these ASAP.
The shoes were terrible. They def looked either worn or just poorly made. I truly thought I was sent some fakes. They came in a box with no paper. They must run small. I got a women’s 9.5 but they felt like they could have been an 8.5. I returned the shoes the next day. I would not recommend the black air max.
The shoe looked worn wasn't pack properly shoes was just thrown in box no paper tissue in box or stuffing in shoes. Send them back, reordered a different just to see and they came the same way. I don't know why this particular shoe comes like this
I am a die hard Nike fan and have been since the 80’s. I have own thousands of shoes by Nike. I have never been disappointed with any of their products. My air max is no different. I love the design and the all around great look on shoe when wearing them!
Had a pair before they changed to stainable materials that lasted me for two years before getting destroyed and loved them. Ordered the same pair but they had changed to sustainable materials and they got ruined within six months of regular wear.
Wayyyyy too small!! Ordered a women’s 9.5 and couldn’t get my foot in. For reference, I have other Nike shoes in this size. Pretty sure even a full size up would still be too small. Also FIY — I had ordered the men’s version too for my brother (a mens 10) and they fit me… I guess I could have kept his, but I actually thought the feel and quality of this shoe looked really disappointing.. more plastic feeling than you want for a shoe.
