This purchase was made for my mother who wanted a pair of white Nike Air Max 97s for her walks. I purchased this online to be delivered to the house. The shoe itself is fine. The size is right and it looks unworn/brand new. That's wonderful! However, the box it came in was entirely too big for the shoes. I would have appreciated it if the shoes arrived well-packed. Especially, since it is a gift.

The style of these AM 97’s is actually beautiful, with the mix of materials and colors (reminds me of fall with the corduroy and color scheme), but I did not like how they fit my foot. I’m typically a women’s 7.5 in Air Max 90’s or AJ1’s and have a normal width foot, but this 7.5 was too small in the toe box… my pinky toe was really uncomfortable. I also ordered an 8 to try as well, and it did give me more room in the toe box, but then it was too long of shoe and it didn’t fit like it should’ve by my arch. Plus the toe box started to bend when I walked because of the length. I wanted these shoes to work so bad because of how they looked (especially for the sale price), but I wasn't willing to give up my comfort for this shoe. Both sizes were returned.
The shoes came really dirty and were poor quality. The white sole has scuffs and the bottom of the shoes had specks on them.Shoe palace also has a terrible online return policy. You have to pay for your own shipping and then there is a $15 restocking fee-whether you'd like to return or exchange. You also have to print out a form and fill out the information which seems so archaic to do in 2024 (for an example: exchanging of the same item but different size). Also there's no way to speak to someone directly you have to email and receive a very generic generated response.

I included pictures of the defective soles when I reached out to customer service. Unfortunately, it was frustrating to learn that I'm not eligible for a prepaid return label because I was not able to notify customer service within a 10-day window. I explained that I was returning from a holiday trip and found the shoes in that state once I arrived home and opened the package. I understand that my circumstances were exceptional, but it was a regretful shopping experience to hear that I had to keep the defective shoes or pay the return shipping out of pocket. The shoes could have been really nice if it was new but received a used/returned dirty shoes twice. I’m a sneaker collector so I know a lot about sneakers. My previous sneakers that I purchased for myself from hibbett sports had the same issue so I stopped buying from them for a while. After 3 years I gave it a try and see if it’s going to be the same experience again and voila same same same… This pair of nike air max 97 is for my wife, unfortunately the scuff marks on the back sole are difficult to remove. I don’t want to waste my time returning and reordering again so I just gave it to my niece. I will never buy again from hibbett sports. Waste of time and money.
These are my favorite pair of shoes to wear. Usually they are comfortable and I love the way they feel on my feet and they are very stylish my favorite style of Air Max Nikes. I love the bubbles at the bottom of the soul they make the shoe feel so light and airy like I'm walking on soft bubbles well OK what can I do for you? They are great for wearing for every day use. They are great for running in and working out and they're also comfortable at work. They are so light is almost like not having anything on your feet. I love these shoes I will recommend them to anyone. Going
i was searching far and wide for new shoes to run and dance in. after wearing my air force pixels to their death, i knew it was time for me to move on. i wanted something durable, cute, easy to move in, and comfortable. after many hopeless google searches, i saw my best friend's brother post these on his ig story. i fell in love instantly. *they run narrow at the toe* but i have narrow feet so they fit just right for me. i squealed like a pig when i put them on. i felt like i was floating in the air. i learned all the footwork i thought i would never be able to do. get these shoes. take a picture of them with the flash on. then run a mile or dance like nobody is watching. 10/10
