These are true to size but the chunkyness of the trainers is hard to get used to and can be a little bit of trouble. I had a few blisters at first but it wasn't too bad and the only thing I could do was walk it off. The trainers got broken into rather quickly and I was left with the most comfortable pair of kicks ever!!! Supportive, and always looking fresh (the dark ones anyway lol)

I bought these air max a month ago and already want to buy more in different colors. They are extremely comfortable and perfect for everyday use or for working out. The price was incredible compared to buying them directly from Nike.

I received my shoes yesterday. Open the sealed box. Go to try on my shoes and the left shoe has a pair of old socks in it. LIKE HOW!!? This is crazy to me! I thought I was tripping out.I start to inspect these almost $200 pair of shoes and start to notice that the shoes where re-painted to cover up something. Paint was all over the bubble at the bottom. Paint on corners.Like soooo so bad. How do they ship out a pair of shoes like that. I had to drive (with crazy gas prices) to the store and return these shoes!So sooo disappointed in DICKS in this one. Definitely dropped the ball.Love the style shoes and fit comfortable but definitely disappointed with the seller.

I'd have to agree with the last review: this is probably the worst fitting, uncomfortable Nike Air Max shoe ever. Unfortunately, (like other reviewers in other blogs), the comments are true: you have to REALLY break in these shoes over a longer period of time, you can take out the insole to "ease up" the stiffness of the shoe but the improvement was minimal (for me, at least), the shoe was tight in the toe box and would slip out at the heel. Also, they say you should size up a whole size to "feel comfortable" but when I did that, it was just a awkward looking shoe on my feet. I had to return these...
As much as NIKE has been my go-to brand, this style and a few before it just haven't worked in that they were narrow and short. I wear a 6.5 street shoe and 7 boot shoe, bought this NIKE in 7 and they weren't comfortable as just noted. I tried real hard to make them work because I am desperate for a running shoe and LOVE the look of this and the 95 version (that fit a bit better but one shoe was defective). It's fairly comfortable if you can find the right size. I never had problems with NIKE sizing in the past but haven't been able to find a good fitting NIKE AIR or any NIKE in the last years.
Really like the “Athletic Club” color way of this sneaker, in an iconic silhouette. Wears well. I ordered a size larger because reviews I watched on YouTube said these fit snug, but I honestly think they seem to fit true to size. I get a decent amount of heel slip and kinda wished I would have bought my normal 13 instead of a 14. But a solid shoe.
I purchased these as a gift for my husband. He still has his Nike Shox from 2011 and was bummed there wasn’t a new pair until he found out Nike has “Anthrocite Grey”. I heard nothing but this phrase every day for months til he got these. Thank you, Nike! My husband is happy and I don’t have to hear those words again!
These were my first pair of 97s so I wasn't sure about the fit. I ordered online so I couldn't try them on. Did a bunch of research and most say these fit true to size unless you have wide feet, and that's what I found. Fit perfectly and so comfy!I actually went to the location on Ossington to try any pair of 97s and the guy there said I would need to size up a full size for these! So glad I didn't listen to him and went with my actual size. Love them!
I bought these on 01/01/23,And I received them on 01/12/23. I opened the box to inspect them and noticed they have been painted with white paint in certain areas. Also the sole has been wore down and the insole has sock lint on them. And this is the third time this has happen to me. Dick'ssportinggoods have to do better cause this isn't professional selling used merchandise for retail price.
Bought a pair of air max shoes had them shipped. Open the box to find a huge stain on white shoes on the toe then notice that the bottoms were worn down. These were used shoes. Not tried on shoes. Call to return the shoes and I’m told I have to drive to the store to return them and they can’t ship me a new pair. By the time I return the shoe and get online to repurchase the shoe it is now sold out. Will no longer be shopping with Dicks. Customer service is horrible.
