When I saw these I was like must have them. These truly are from 97, and had a pair back then I have been waiting for Nike to release this color combo so I could relieve high school all over again. I can’t wait for these to be shipped to me.

I got this show for my 14 year old daughters birthday. It’s incredibly trendy right now and the shoe itself is remarkably well made. The seams between colors are stitched right and tight and there are no leaking glue spots. There is a neat reflective quality when the light hits right on the white parts and that’s great if your kid likes to be outdoors as the light from vehicles will reflect and show their location, much like a reflective stripe on a backpack. Also the color is quite light, and mud season is a bad time for light shoes; I got a can of sneaker protection and unloaded it on them. Do your research on this. They look great even two weeks later. I love these sneakers and so does she.

I love wearing black leggings for workout and work and this is a good compliment to wearing solids. They’re very comfortable even on my wide feet. I just worry the gold specs will rub off short term if I rub it against something by accident.

Always wanted these as a kid but my mom was never going to spend that much on a shoe. Fast forward to now, I was excited that Nordstrom’s has this color combo. Ordered my standard size 10. Shipping was quick, thought the box a bit warped when I received it. Once received, I immediately tried them on. Sad to say, these shoes run extremely small, especially on the right. I will be taking them back.

I was fine with this until two things became apparent: 1) the shoe box was trashed due to poor packaging, and 2) the shoes had clearly been worn in store (or possibly returned to store) because the soles were dirty/scuffed, the interior stuffing was missing, shoe laces were soiled and untied, and, clearly, the right shoe had been "loosened up" by being tried on in store (or returned by customer). This was NOT cool. Again, I'm fine if local stores act as proxies for distribution; however it is UNACCEPTABLE to ship floor models or returned product without giving the customer the option to decline or accept. I bought these in a size 9 for my son, they were a little more purple than we thought they would be but they are a lovely colour so that's ok. Very comfortable according to himself and nice and neat looking. He's twelve and growing fast but his feet seem to be ahead of the rest of him. These shoes are nicely proportioned so he doesn't look like he is wearing clown shoes. The clown shoe thing is my issue not his but when you're the one doing the purchasing it's nice to be satisfied with the purchase. Speedy delivery and a great value price.

Furthermore, it was frustrating to learn that I am not eligible for a prepaid return label despite the defect because I was not able to notify customer service within a 10-day window. I explained that I was returning from a holiday trip and found the shoes in that state in the package once I returned home. My boyfriend got me the metallic silver pair. Unfortunately I will be returning them because they seem to run small. I have 2 other pair and they run true to size. These are small and narrow
I’ve purchased a few pair of 97’s and these are the most comfortable, not sure why. They were all the same size. These felt good on my feet from the very first day I wore them out running errands. My other colorways had to be broken in. The orange is very bright almost like neon. I thought they would be more like burnt orange because I had only seen them online, but the are BRIGHT. But I still love them! Glad that I bought them!
I purchased these to wear to work and I have to say I’m glad I did. Very comfortable and eases the stress of standing all day. Will definitely purchase again.
