Bought an air max 97 and this shoes seems to maybe be defective from factory so was sent to jimmy jazz to be sold. The white stripe under the teal stripe missed a stitch significantly and the white stripe is projecting out as opposed to laying flat on the sneaker as it should be. Other places on the shoe the threading just doesn't look to be done correctly and looks very cheap. Really not satisfied. I took it to a seamstress to see if it can be fixed. Its ashamed because I love the shoe and color scheme but payed over 200 dollars for an unfinished or defective sneaker that wasn't in the condition of its worth of over the 200 i spent for it! 😢 i attached a video I sent to my seamstress

I just bought these for a Christmas gift and the shoes came in horrible condition. It looks like someone already wore the shoes and there is yellowing all over.

I purchased this shoe and its almost as if I was sent a pair which was rejected by NIKE after inspection, the shoe showed signs of peeling, there was clusters of glue all over the shoe, it just looked nasty! The worst part of all of this is that I live outside the USA & returning would cost me twice as much to get a proper pair BUT finishline was VERY CLEAR about not working around the situation & inconvenience THEY caused! I am not happy and for buyers outside of the US, proceed with caution & abort mission!
I order a size 10 1/2 and received an 8 1/2 left and 10 1/2 right. No good. Please look at the shoes before shipping. I'm not sure if I want to order next time. I don't feel comfortable just getting my hopes up to be let down.
received a pair of shoes that were dirty & had sticky stuff + hairs all over the shoe laces. Clearly looked like the shoes had previously been worn - there was no paper inside the shoe box to protect the shoes either.Customer customer service and didn’t get any response until 5+ days after I responded to each email. After 2+ weeks of waiting and wanting to wear the shoes all they offered was a refund which I didn’t want as I liked the shoes I just wanted a pair that was brand new.
Half size up! I wear 11.5 in basically everything but found these to be tight around the toe box (I don't have wide feet). They're wearable TTS, but I could see them getting uncomfortable over time. Ended up returning, since no 12s were available :(
I brought these as a gift to myself on 8/11/23. I received the shoes on 8/15/23 and sent them back on 8/15/23. They had been previously worn. Whatever store in Los Angeles sent the shoes to me should be ashamed of themselves.
