97's are not the go

Horrible fit. Big Nike fan, but not of this style! A narrow & really tight fitting shoe. I had room lengthwise, & I have narrow feet anyway, so definitely not a size issue, these are just generally super constricting & yuck. There was a part at the top jabbing into the side of my ankle too. Couldn't even bare to walk more than a few steps in the house.CK make the returns process super easy though, so on their way back across the Tassie & replacement sitting in my cart ready to go.

Disappointed with Jimmy Jazz

As an air max 97 fan, it was disappointing to receive my sneakers with a defect. The pair I received had white scuffs and discoloration on the soles on its arrival, and I included pictures of the defective soles when I reached out to customer service. Unfortunately, it was frustrating to learn that I had to pay out of pocket for a return because I was not able to notify customer service within a 10-day window (they didn't offer an exchange due to OOS at the time). I explained that I was returning from a holiday trip and found the shoes in that state once I arrived home and opened the package. Eye catcher

Bought these shoes online. I would've given it a 5-star but Finishline sent me a pair of shoes that looked like it didn't pass the quality control. The side leather was peeling off, and so many leftover threads everywhere. I had to take them back to the store for an exchange. The shoes itself looks nice and bulky, it looks nice with nursing scrubs.

Great shoe! Horrible sizing

Always wanted these as a kid but my mom was never going to spend that much on a shoe. Fast forward to now, I was excited that Nordstrom’s has this color combo. Ordered my standard size 10. Shipping was quick, thought the box a bit warped when I received it. Once received, I immediately tried them on. Sad to say, these shoes run extremely small, especially on the right. I will be taking them back.

Great shoe, but shoe worn.

I received this pair and there was a note inside the shipping box that this shoe came from a nearby Foot Locker Storefront. I was fine with this until two things became apparent: 1) the shoe box was trashed due to poor packaging, and 2) the shoes had clearly been worn in store (or possibly returned to store) because the soles were dirty/scuffed, the interior stuffing was missing, shoe laces were soiled and untied, and, clearly, the right shoe had been "loosened up" by being tried on in store (or returned by customer). This was NOT cool. Again, I'm fine if local stores act as proxies for distribution; however it is UNACCEPTABLE to ship floor models or returned product without giving the customer the option to decline or accept. Hello spring

I got these shoes over 2 months ago. My first intal thought when I first seen the shoes was beautiful and different. I absolutely love the denim on the shoes the pop of orange definitely works with bringing in the white. The shoes came well packaged and on time. My only problem with these shoes is after wearing them more than a few times, I've noticed they are not very comfortable. The other problem being is the shoe laces. They constantly become untied. Now I'm aware the shoe laces can be double knotted but it's not my style. Other than that these shoes are very aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. It's definitely giving me a spring time type of vibe. Hopefully this helps folks!
