Very light, toe bend is amazing. Wider than most nikes. Size is true. Flat base, low to the ground. Below ankle, very free feeling. Not restricted not matter how tight you tie them. I could see these for most sports depending on your taste or requirements. They are not a squishy air unit but comfy, very stable. I love them for work because I lift and step side to side and step on a stool a lot all while lifting, the balance is great. For myself I give these a 10/10. They are gym shoes. Certain sports require certain designed shoes. I like them. Light,free,flexible,wide,flat,stepping,lifting,balanced stable platform, heel fits perfectly. Instantly broken in. Only down side? Downgrade from the older version.

These shoes suck for a frequent gym goer (strength, bodybuilding). No foot support, zero rigidity, no heel support and the bottom is completely flat. I own other gym shoes with a flat sole, and they're fine, but this one is not.I own the previous version of this model and they were much much better.Don't buy if you're considering these for the gym.

Bought the black and white version of this shoe over a year ago and they are still my everyday go to weight training as well as running shoe. Was skeptical at first being super flat footed, but these are very durable especially on my heavy lower body days.

I cannot believe it, but NIke made an incredibly supportive and comfortable training shoe even more comfortable. The first Alpha Savage is incredible. This new version is just as amazing, perhaps a little less ‘rigid’, but extremely light and super super comfortable. Great job in improving the new version instead of going in the opposite direction Nike!!
