I was pleasantly surprised with these! I have always been on a hunt for a simple, casual, shoe that was also comfortable. When seeing these I was expecting the simple look of a zoom waffle racer, air max 90, or cortez but on that same token, the comfort of those shoes respectively as well. As my feet get older, I tend to lean toward a running shoe as a casual sneaker, but the look of my feet in them don't add up when I'm wearing jeans and a tee. These however were a game changer. I could now achieve that airport aesthetic with cute tops or tees and a casual sneaker that doesn't scream ' I want to run a marathon in these.' I can finally try and style with cute crew socks without looking like a total dad (while that is in, I think?) Or slouching my socks circa 1980 LA ... MoreI was pleasantly surprised with these! The fit and feel of these shoes is average. I was disappointed by the comfort level. I've always thought Air Max shoes were very comfy, but these were just average. They fit fine. I'm a size 8 and I got a size 8 which fit just fine. I liked the design of the shoe especially the cream and white color with the striking black Nike swoosh. Like I mentioned before the shoes were just an average comfort level. I could wear them all day, but I have definitely worn more comfortable shoes before. I liked the design and colorway of this shoe the most. I disliked the lower quality make of this shoe. I could easily notice the glue holding the shoe together at the seams around the outer part of shoe and the sole. The Air Max Dawn is the most comfy Nike shoe I have ever tried in all my years of being a Nike fan. I love these shoes! I have wider feet and this toe box is super comfy and wide so these were great to walk in. The sole is also nice and supportive but soft. They are also incredibly lightweight. I wore these to walk around a big expo center and ended up walking quite a bit that day but these held up really well comfort wise. I like the simple black and white look, these go with all of the black bottoms I have. The material is nice, there is some stretch so the top of my foot fits well in the shoe too. I would definitely buy these in other color combinations as well. I think that my only concern with this shoe is how dirty they’ll get, but I think the shoe could be spot cleaned fairly easily as the material is kind of like canvas.
