The Supreme x Nike Air Max Plus “White” is part of the high-profile Fall/Winter 2020 collaboration between the New York City based streetwear brand and Nike on the retro performance runner. One of three colorways produced by Supreme for the Air Max Plus, the “White” iteration keeps a predominantly white-based appearance, whereas the “Black/Red” and “Green/Orange” designs from the collection make use of a more vivid color palette. The upper features a white mesh base with tonal TPU overlays. The TPU “stripes” across the upper are modified by Supreme to spell out “Supreme” on each side. A small Speed Red Swoosh can also be found on either side of the shoe. Additional branding, like the dual Supreme and Nike detailing on the tongue and “Tuned Air” emblem on the back of the shoe, add classic styling to the look. Reflective accenting is added to the white mesh tongue by Supreme. The brand keeps the look of the midsole true to the original, as small visible Air units in the forefoot and heel reveal Nike’s “Tuned Air” technology.
