Why are all the new kid shoes coming with these silly straps verses the laces? Not a very good look and doesn't accommodate older people who wear the smaller sizes. Nike needs to go back to the original stylish kicks.

Cute Shoes, only negative is the sizing runs small, my son has autism and there was no way I was going to be able to return them for a larger size.
Got a size 1.5Y for my 6 y.o. son and he likes it. He says it’s very comfortable to run and play in. Only complaint is that the strap is a little shorter than we’d like and he has trouble putting the strap on tightly since it’s so short.

Daughter has worn these loads and still in good condition. Easy for children to put on with having the lace effect but use the velcro to close shoes.
I wanted to like these shoes. Got matching shoes for all of my kids. But my kids said that they weren’t comfortable on the sides saying it felt like the shoes were poking them. When I looked inside you can see that the fabric by the ankle suddenly drops off where the rest of the foot is and it rubs against their feet. Will have to return.
